Claims (5)
- インペラと、該インペラを収納するケーシングとを具備し、該ケーシングが、吸入口と、インペラの周囲に形成される環洞流路と、該環洞流路に連通する吐出口を有し、前記吸入口の周囲に円筒状空間が形成され、該円筒状空間の下流側端部が下流溝によってインペラ収納部に連通され、前記円筒状空間の上流端部が前記吸入口に連通する遠心圧縮機であって、前記下流溝は全周1サイクルで、前記吸入口の軸心方向に所定の振幅を有する曲線であり、前記下流溝の最上流点はインペラ羽根の上流端に位置することを特徴とする遠心圧縮機。
- 前記ケーシングは前記吸入口と環洞流路の境界に形成される舌部を有し、前記下流溝の最下流点は、インペラ回転中心と前記舌部を結ぶ基準半径に対して下流に向って30゜〜−150゜の範囲に位置する請求項1の遠心圧縮機。
- 前記下流溝の最下流点は、前記基準半径に対して±30゜の範囲に位置する請求項1又は請求項2の遠心圧縮機。
- 前記吸入口の内壁部が前記ケーシングとは分離した内壁筒体により形成され、該内壁筒体と前記ケーシングとの間には前記円筒状空間が形成され、該円筒状空間の上流端は前記吸入口に連通し、前記内壁筒体に前記下流溝が刻設され、該内壁筒体は所定角度ピッチで取付け位置を変更して前記ケーシングに固定可能な請求項1又は請求項2の遠心圧縮機。
- インペラと、該インペラを収納するケーシングとを具備し、該ケーシングが、吸入口と、インペラの周囲に形成される環洞流路と、該環洞流路に連通する吐出口を有し、前記吸入口の周囲に円筒状空間が形成され、該円筒状空間の下流側端部が下流溝によってインペラ収納部に連通され、前記円筒状空間の上流端部が前記吸入口に連通する遠心圧縮機であって、前記吸入口の内壁部が前記ケーシングとは分離した内壁筒体により形成され、該内壁筒体と前記ケーシングとの間には前記円筒状空間が形成され、前記内壁筒体に前記下流溝が形成され、該下流溝は全周1サイクルで、前記吸入口の軸心方向に所定の振幅を有する曲線であり、前記内壁筒体を回転させ、前記下流溝の前記ケーシングに対する最適位置を求め、得られた最適位置に基づき前記ケーシングを製作することを特徴とする遠心圧縮機の製造方法。
