Description
Claims (10)
- エアギャップを有する積層磁気コアと、前記エアギャップ内に少なくとも部分的に位置する磁界検出器と、導電性取付部材とを備え、
前記導電性取付部材は、前記エアギャップの一方の側に位置する積層磁気コア部分の対向する外面同士の間を貫通する第一固定延長部と、前記エアギャップの他方の側に位置する積層磁気コア部分の対向する外面同士の間を貫通する第二固定延長部と、前記両固定延長部の間に延在してこれらを相互接続し前記両固定延長部の間で前記エアギャップを跨いで設けられるブリッジ部とを少なくとも備え、
ブリッジ部におけるエアギャップを跨ぐ部分は、第一、第二固定延長部の間で直線状に配置され、
前記ブリッジ部は、前記エアギャップを跨ぐ部分で前記横断方向へ突出し前記磁界検出器の接地端子と電気接触する電気端子を備える電流センサー。 - 前記両固定延長部の両自由端が、前記積層磁気コアの前記外面の一つの上に折り曲げられる請求項1記載の電流センサー。
- 前記取付部材の前記電気端子は、前記磁界検出器の導電性パッドに当接する弾性接触部を備える請求項1又は2記載の電流センサー。
- 前記取付部材は、略平面である請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の電流センサー。
- 前記取付部材は、前記取付部材及び積層磁気コアを筐体内に位置決めし固定するために、前記筐体の対応する空洞内に収容される一つ以上のタブを備える請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の電流センサー。
- 前記取付部材は、前記電気端子に対向し且つギャップにより前記電気端子から隔てられている位置決め用突出部を備え、前記ギャップは、前記電気端子と位置決め用突出部との間が弾性圧縮の状態で前記磁界検出器の一部が前記ギャップの間に挿入されるように構成される請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の電流センサー。
- 前記位置決め用突出部は、片持ちアーム形状である請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の電流センサー。
- 前記電気端子は、弾性の片持ちアーム形状である請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の電流センサー。
- 前記磁界検出器は、回路基板と前記回路基板上に搭載される磁界センサーとを備える請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の電流センサー。
- 前記磁界検出器の前記接地端子は、前記取付部材の前記電気端子に当接する導電性パッドを備える請求項9記載の電流センサー。
