特別の規格は使用しなかった。該装置は粒子のブラウン運動を測定するものであり、アインシュタイン−ストークスの式を用いて測定値を粒子径に変換した。ここで、溶媒は水、該粒子は概ね球形であるとする。その半径を測定した。
Claims (14)
- 微細セル構造を有する発泡体であって、断熱性能向上のために、炭素系断熱性能向上材を含む発泡体に加工できるポリ乳酸である粒子状発泡性ポリマーであって、ポリマー粒子は、前記断熱性能向上材としてD50粒径が0.1〜0.8μmでアスペクト比が10:1以上の膨張黒鉛を含むことを特徴とする粒子状発泡性ポリマー。
- 前記膨張黒鉛のアスペクト比は100:1以上であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の粒子状発泡性ポリマー。
- 前記膨張黒鉛の量が、粒子状発泡性ポリマーの量に対して1〜15重量%であることを特徴とする請求項1または2のいずれか1項に記載の粒子状発泡性ポリマー。
- 前記膨張黒鉛の量が2〜8重量%であることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の粒子状発泡性ポリマー。
- D50粒径が0.1〜0.8μmである膨張黒鉛が、グラファイトの機械的せん断により得られることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の粒子状発泡性ポリマー。
- 前記膨張黒鉛のD50粒径の下限値は0.1μm超であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項5のいずれか1項に記載の粒子状発泡性ポリマー。
- ポリマーを押出機に導入し、少なくとも、発泡剤、D50粒径が0.1〜0.8μmの膨張黒鉛、および1つまたは複数の他の所望の加工助剤と共に混合した後、押出・冷却しさらに粒子に縮小することを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項6のいずれか1項に記載の粒子状発泡性ポリマーの調製方法。
- モノマー、発泡剤、D50粒径が0.1〜0.8μmの膨張黒鉛、および1つまたは複数の他の所望の加工助剤を温度が150℃〜230℃である押出形機内で重合させ、次ステップにて温度が60℃〜150℃の冷却押出機内で選択的に冷却し、さらに粒子に縮小することを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項6のいずれか1項に記載の粒子状発泡性ポリマーの調製方法。
- グラファイト、カーボンブラック、アルミニウム粉、Al(OH)3、Mg(OH)2およびAl2O3、鉄、亜鉛、銅およびこれらの合金を含む群から選択された1つまたは複数の断熱性能向上材が加工助剤としてさらに添加されることを特徴とする請求項7または請求項8に記載の方法。
- 臭素化合物および臭素化ポリマー化合物を含む群から選択される1つまたは複数の難燃剤が加工助剤として添加されることを特徴とする請求項7乃至請求項9のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- ヘキサブロモシクロドデカン(HBCD)およびまたは臭素化ポリスチレン化合物を添加することを特徴とする請求項10に記載の方法。
- ポリホスホネート、ジフェニルホスホネート、ビスフェノールA−ビス(ジフェニールホスフェート)、レゾルシノール芳香族ポリホスフェート化合物およびこれらの組合せを含む群から選択されたリン化合物を加工助剤として添加することを特徴とする請求項7乃至請求項11のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 請求項1乃至請求項6のいずれか1項に記載の粒子状発泡性ポリマー系のポリマー発泡材。
- ポリ乳酸である粒子状発泡性ポリマー系の発泡材の断熱性能向上のために、その中への、D50粒径が0.1〜0.8μmでアスペクト比が10:1以上の膨張黒鉛の利用。
