Description
フランス特許公開第1484253号から、ピストンリングを製造するための、上位概念部に記載した方法が看取できる。
イギリス特許公開第1441961号は、外側の摺動面の領域に、硬質及び軟質の構成部材を有する摺動面層を備えたピストンリングを開示する。
−掻取りエッジは、0.1mm未満の半径方向の引込み部(Einzug)を有し、鋼ウェブ及び摺動面は窒化処理されていて、この構成において、PVDカバー層の下側の窒化層は存在しない。
−掻取りエッジに、0.15mm未満の傾斜部が設けられ、鋼ウェブ及び摺動面が窒化処理されていて、この構成において、PVDカバー層の下側の窒化層は残っている。
Claims (7)
- 少なくとも、半径方向外側の摺動面(5)、半径方向内側の周面(4)及び前記両面の間を延在する上側面(3)及び下側面(2)を有する金属製の本体(1)に、ほぼ円筒状に形成された摺動面(5)の領域で、規定されたテーパ部(5′)を設け、
少なくとも前記摺動面(5)に、少なくとも1つの耐摩耗性の層(7)を設け、
掻取りエッジ(6)を形成する、前記少なくとも1つの耐摩耗性の層(7)の領域を、予め規定可能な幅(h′)のウェブ(8)を形成するように、ほぼ円筒状に少なくとも部分的に除去する、ピストンリング(1′)の製造方法であって、
前記摺動面(5)にPVDカバー層(7)を設け、該与えられたPVDカバー層(7)において、前記ウェブ(8)を形成するように、前記摺動面(5)の母材に至るまで前記PVDカバー層(7)を除去することを特徴とする、ピストンリングの製造方法。 - 前記円錐状に形成された摺動面(5)の少なくとも部分領域を窒化処理し、次いで前記摺動面(5)にPVDカバー層(7)を設けることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記掻取りエッジ(6)の領域を、窒化処理せずに又は窒化処理して設けることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2記載の方法。
- 前記掻取りエッジ(6)を、鋭利に形成することを特徴とする、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記掻取りエッジ(6)を、最大0.2mmの曲率において前記対応付けられた側面(2)に延びている湾曲部を持って形成することを特徴とする、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記掻取りエッジ(6)に、前記対応付けられた側面(2)に延びている傾斜部を設けることを特徴とする、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 鋳鉄、鋳鋼又は鋼線から成る本体(1)を使用することを特徴とする、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
