Description
高さ1mまで液状の硫黄で満たされた、内径5cmを有する管内へ、連続的に1000Nl/時間の水素を、フリットを介して底部で供給した。硫黄の消費を、液状の硫黄を後で計量供給することによって補償し、その際、充填水準を一定に保った。生成物のガス流から凝縮によって分離された硫黄を、管の上方の領域へ液体で返送した。液状の硫黄より上方では、温度測定のために10cmの間隔で外装の熱電対が取り付けられていた。外壁を介して反応器が電気的に400℃に加熱される一方で、硫黄の内部は約397℃の一定の温度であった。しかしながら、硫黄より上方の熱電対は、520℃の最高温度を示した。さらに、液状の硫黄より上方で、最高温度の場所で一般に使用されている特殊鋼(1.4571)からの新規の材料サンプルを取り付けた。約400時間の運転時間後、材料サンプルを取り出し、そして、剥離の形態での強い腐食現象および質量減少が示された。
比較例1を繰り返し、その際、液状の硫黄の高さを4mに高めた。液状の硫黄より上方の最高温度値はそのままであった。材料サンプルでは、同様に強い腐食現象が生じた。
比較例2を繰り返し、その際、液状の硫黄中で粉末形態のCo3O4MoO3/Al2O3触媒を15質量%、懸濁させた。液状の硫黄より上方の最高温度値はそのままであった。材料サンプルでは、同様に強い腐食現象が生じた。
比較例2を繰り返し、その際、液状の硫黄の領域に、裏返されたカップの形態の3つのガス収集領域を取り付けた。そこで、上昇するガスを10〜50秒の範囲の滞留時間で収集した。液状の硫黄より上方で、液状の硫黄と同一の温度が測定された。過熱は観察されなかった。さらに、液状の硫黄より上方の材料サンプルでは、腐食現象は識別されなかった。GC−分析を用いて、水素についての変換度が、生成物ガス中で>60%(400℃の硫黄温度の際、比較例と類似)、420℃の際、>90%、および440℃の際、>96%であると測定された。
比較例2を繰り返し、その際、液状の硫黄の領域で、外径5mmおよびペレットの間隙容量70%を有するセラミックの中実体からの充填物を組み入れた。液状の硫黄より上方の最高温度値は、設定された硫黄温度の397℃よりも5℃高いだけであることを示した。さらに、硫黄より上方の材料サンプルでは、腐食現象は識別されなかった。GC−分析を用いて、水素の変換の程度が、生成物ガス中で>99%であると測定された。
Claims (11)
- 高められた温度および高められた圧力での、液状の硫黄とガス状の水素との、ガス状の硫化水素への発熱性の反応の実施に適した反応容器であって、圧力を保持しない内部構造物によって、ガス状の水素の反応容器内での滞留時間を増加させ、且つ、圧力を保持しない内部構造物が液状の硫黄で取り囲まれており、前記反応容器は3ないし100の、圧力を保持しない内部構造物を含み、且つ、圧力を保持しない内部構造物として、裏返されたカップを使用し、且つ、前記内部構造物が、壁によって反応容器の壁から分けられて、前記の壁の間の間隙からもたらされる空間を通じて、ガス状の水素の上昇方向に対向して液状の硫黄が循環する、前記反応容器。
- 生じる反応熱が、循環する液状の硫黄を介して導き出される、請求項1に記載の反応容器。
- ガス状の水素の滞留時間を適した触媒の充填物によって増加させる、請求項1に記載の反応容器。
- 触媒がガス収集領域の内側にある、請求項3に記載の反応容器。
- ガス収集領域またはガス捕捉領域内でのガス状の水素の滞留時間が、0.5秒より長く60秒までである、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項に記載の反応容器。
- ガス状の水素の滞留時間が、内部構造物のない反応容器に対して3ないし20倍、増加されている、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項に記載の反応容器。
- 高められた圧力下での硫黄および水素からの硫化水素の製造方法であって、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項に記載の反応容器内でのガス状の水素と液状の硫黄との反応を300〜600℃の温度で実施し、その際、圧力を保持しない内部構造物の温度が、圧力を保持する容器壁の温度より高く、圧力を保持しない内部構造物の温度が>450℃であり、且つ、圧力を保持する容器壁の温度が<450℃である、製造方法。
- 8〜20barの圧力で作業する、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 触媒の存在下で変換を実施する、請求項7または8に記載の方法。
- 硫黄耐性のある水素化触媒を使用する、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記触媒が、担体としてのケイ素酸化物、アルミニウム酸化物、ジルコニウム酸化物またはチタン酸化物、および活性元素であるモリブデン、ニッケル、タングステン、鉄、バナジウム、コバルト、硫黄、セレン、リン、ヒ素、アンチモンおよびビスマスの1つまたはそれより多くを含有する、請求項10に記載の方法。
