木綿からなる編物(よこ編み、厚さ0.5mm、目付110g/m2)を精練・漂白した後、カチオン化剤として50cc/LのカチオノンUK(一方社製の商品名)と、15g/Lの水酸化ナトリウム水溶液との混合液10Lに、浴比1:10の条件で入れ、80℃で45分間反応させた。得られたカチオン化木綿編物を十分に水にて洗浄した後、濃度0.5%owfの鉄(III)フタロシアニンテトラカルボン酸の水酸化ナトリウム溶液(pH=12)10L中に浸し、80℃で30分間撹拌した後、酸で中和し、木綿編物を染色した。得られた染色木綿編物を十分に水にて洗浄して乾燥し、鉄(III)フタロシアニンテトラカルボン酸が担持された編物である比較例1の試料を得た。
上記比較例1の試料を、硫酸銅五水和物80gをアンモニア水溶液(15cc/L)の20Lに投入し、30℃で20分間撹拌しながら浸漬した。これを十分に水にて洗浄して乾燥し抗菌消臭編物である実施例1の試料を得た。
無加工の標準綿布を試料として使用した。
試験対象菌株:黄色ぶどう球菌 Staphylococcus aureus ATCC 6538P
試験方法:JIS L 1902:2008定量試験(菌液吸収法)
生菌数の測定方法:混釈平板培養法
増殖値算出方法:log b ‐log a (試験成立条件は増殖値≧1.0であること)
各活性値の算出方法:殺菌活性値=log a ‐log c
静菌活性値=(log b ‐log a)-(log c ‐log o)
消臭性試験は、拘縮により発生するとされる身体から分泌される皮脂が分解して発生する皮脂由来の臭い成分として、低級脂肪酸のモデルガスとして酢酸を用いた。
試験方法:各試料1gを5リットルテドラーバッグに入れ、規定濃度の酢酸ガス3リットルを注入し、経時毎にガス検知管で濃度を測定した。結果を表3に示す。
(握り棒の作製)
握り部の袋状物及び帯を作製するため、編物試料を所定の大きさに裁断した。まず握り部形成用編物地は、編地の縦方向に13cm、横方向に26cmの長方形状に裁断した。一方、帯は、長さ21cm、幅4cmの短冊状に裁断し、4本準備した。次に、握り部形成用編物地を横方向に2つ折りした。帯の端部を3段折りにして握り部の胴部に相当する編物地の長辺側(編地の縦方向側)に重ね合わせ、さらに編物地を横方向に2つ折りして、編物地が筒状になるように縫製した。さらに、筒状に一端を縫製して、他端が開閉可能な開口部を有する、長辺が約13cm、短辺が5.5cmの長方形の袋状物に、長さ約20cm、幅約4cmの帯を、接合部の帯の幅2〜2.5cmで接合したハンドグリップのカバーを作製した。
一方、握り部の袋状物に詰めるクッション体として、低反発ウレタンフォームを細かく裁断し、ネットに挿入したものを準備した。
上記ハンドグリップのカバーの開口部からクッション体を挿入して、棒状の握り棒を得た。
得られた握り棒を拘縮により皮膚疾患と臭気を発する患者に対して1週間使用し、その皮膚の状態を視覚的に検討した。皮膚疾患のあった患者のその手掌の皮膚の状態は、使用前は図1に示す状態であったが、図2に示すように1週間で著しく回復していた。

-3:非常に不快さがある
-4:極端に不快である
グラフの横軸は使用日数、縦軸は快適性評価の点数合計をSenstivity scaleとして表している。
0:無臭である
1:かろうじて感じることができる程度の臭いがある
2:弱いが、確実な臭いが認識できる
3:容易に認識できる臭いがある
4:強烈な臭いがある
5:極めて強烈な臭いがある
グラフの横軸は使用日数、縦軸は快適性評価の点数合計をSenstivity scaleとして表している。
Claims (7)
- 金属フタロシアニン誘導体と金属アンミン錯体とを含む抗菌消臭成分を担持した抗菌消臭材であって、下記I式
- 上記I式中のMはFeであり、R1、R2、R3およびR4は同一または異なる−COOH基であり、n1、n2、n3およびn4は0〜4で1≦n1+n2+n3+n4≦4を満たす正数で示される金属フタロシアニン誘導体であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の抗菌消臭材。
- 前記素材が、前記セルロース系繊維であって木綿、麻、レーヨン、パルプから選ばれる何れかの前記繊維であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の抗菌消臭材。
- 前記素材が、前記セルロース系繊維、前記蛋白質系繊維、前記ポリビニルアルコール系繊維から選ばれる少なくとも何れかの前記繊維であることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の抗菌消臭材。
- 請求項4に記載の抗菌消臭材を少なくとも一部に含むことを特徴とする抗菌性および消臭性を備えた繊維構造物。
- 請求項1に記載の抗菌消臭材を少なくとも一部に含む繊維構造物であり、皮膚疾患の患部に接触または被覆するために用いられる医療・介護用品。
- 前記皮膚疾患が拘縮によるものであり、拘縮により発生する低級脂肪酸臭を消臭する請求項6に記載の医療・介護用品。
