Claims (6)
- 太陽電池の出力電圧を入力しスイッチ素子のONデューティ比を変えてスイッチングし
て昇圧する昇圧回路と、
前記昇圧回路の出力した直流電力を交流電力に変換し、該交流電力を商用電力系統へ重
畳するインバータ回路と、 を備えた電力変換装置において、
前記昇圧回路は、前記入力側の電圧が目標電圧になるようにスイッチ素子のONデュー
ティ比を前記目標電圧に相当するように設定すると共に、この昇圧回路の動作の開始から
少なくとも所定時間を経過する毎に、前記ONデューティ比を所定値まで下げた際の前記太
陽電池の出力電圧に基づいて前記目標電圧を変更することを特徴とする電力変換装置。 - 太陽電池の出力電圧を入力しスイッチ素子のONデューティ比を変えてスイッチングし
て昇圧する昇圧回路と、
前記昇圧回路の出力した直流電力を交流電力に変換し、該交流電力を商用電力系統へ重
畳するインバータ回路と、
を備えた電力変換装置において、
前記昇圧回路は、前記入力側の電圧が目標電圧になるようにスイッチ素子のONデュー
ティ比を前記目標電圧に相当するように設定すると共に、この昇圧回路の動作の開始から
少なくとも所定時間を経過する毎に、前記ONデューティ比を下げ、前記太陽電池の出力が
閾値以下になった際の前記太陽電池の出力電圧に基づいて前記目標電圧を変更することを
特徴とする電力変換装置。 - 前記ONデューティ比を下げる際に、前記ONデューティ比を徐々に下げることを特徴
とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の電力変換装置。 - 前記昇圧回路は、徐々に前記ONデューティ比を下げている際に、 前記太陽電池の出
力が前記閾値以上のもう一つ閾値より大きくなった場合、前記昇圧回路の出力した直流電
力が最大値になるような動作を開始することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の電力変換装置
。 - 前記昇圧回路は前記所定値のONデューティ比からスイッチングを開始し、徐々に前記
ONデューティ比を上げ、前記太陽電池の出力電圧が前記目標電圧値以下になった場合に
前記目標値を用いることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項4の何れかに記載の電力変換装
置。 - 前記所定時間を、前記目標電圧を変更したときの前記目標電圧値Vmの変化を示す値が
大きければ大きいほど短い時間になるように設定することを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求
項5の何れかに記載の電力変換装置。
