陰イオン交換樹脂(三菱化学(株)社製、SA10AOH)33.0gを水に分散させクロマトグラフ管に充填し、ついでタウリン16.7gの300mL水溶液を繰り返し展開した。ついで1−エチル−3−メチルイミダゾリウムブロミド2.52gの10mL水溶液を先ほどのイオン交換樹脂に繰り返し展開し、最後に50mLの水でイオン交換樹脂を洗い流した。得られた溶液の水を濃縮し、アセトニトリル:メタノール=40mL:10mL混合溶媒を加えることにより未反応のタウリンを沈殿させ、これをろ過により除去した。ここで得られた溶液を真空乾燥することで1−エチル−3−メチルイミダゾリウム−タウリン(EMIm−Tau)を収率99%で得た。
陰イオン交換樹脂(三菱化学(株)社製、SA10AOH)38.8gを水に分散させクロマトグラフ管に充填し、ついでアラニン17.3gの100mL水溶液を繰り返し展開した。ついで1−エチル−3−メチルイミダゾリウムブロミド3.71gの10mL水溶液を先ほどのイオン交換樹脂に繰り返し展開し、最後に50mLの水でイオン交換樹脂を洗い流した。得られた溶液の水を濃縮し、アセトニトリル:メタノール=40mL:10mL混合溶媒を加えることにより未反応のアラニンを沈殿させ、これをろ過により除去した。ここで得られた溶液を真空乾燥することで1−エチル−3−メチルイミダゾリウム−アラニン(EMIm−Ala)を収率98%で得た。
(実施例1)

イオン交換水6.6gに、ポリビニルアルコール(ALDRICH社製、Mw=146,000−186,000、ケン化度=99.9%)0.2gを加え、95℃で還流させながら撹拌し、3質量%PVA水溶液を得た。
膜厚100μm、直径47mm、細孔径0.1μmのポリフッ化ビニリデンからなる親水性メンブレンフィルター(日本ミリポア(株)製)を、円盤状の多孔質支持体として用意した。この支持体にEMIm−Tauを含浸させて液膜を得た。

Claims (5)
- アミノ基と、ヒドロキシル基、カルボキシル基及びスルホン酸基からなる群より選択される少なくとも1種の官能基と、を有する化合物から誘導されるアニオン部位と、カチオン部位と、からなるイオン液体、及び、ポリビニルアルコール、を含んでなる自立膜であって、
前記カチオン部位が、イミダゾリウムカチオン及びホスホニウムカチオンからなる群より選択される少なくとも一種のカチオンであり、
CO 2 の分離に用いられる、気体分離ゲル膜。 - 気体分離ゲル膜における前記イオン液体の含有量が、ゲル膜の全質量を基準として80〜85質量%である、請求項1に記載の気体分離ゲル膜。
- 前記カチオン部位が、イミダゾリウムカチオンである、請求項1又は2に記載の気体分離ゲル膜。
- 前記イオン液体が、下記一般式(1)又は(2)で表されるイミダゾリウム塩からなる、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の気体分離ゲル膜。
[式(1)中、R1及びR2はそれぞれ独立に、炭素数1〜6であって直鎖状または分岐数が1もしくは2の分岐状の、アルキル基、アミノアルキル基、アリル基、ヒドロキシアルキル基、アミノヒドロキシアルキル基またはエーテル基を示し、Y1は、炭素数1〜10のアルキレン基を示す。]
[式(2)中、R1及びR2はそれぞれ独立に、炭素数1〜6であって直鎖状または分岐数が1もしくは2の分岐状の、アルキル基、アミノアルキル基、アリル基、ヒドロキシアルキル基、アミノヒドロキシアルキル基またはエーテル基を示し、Y2は、炭素数1〜10のアルキレン基を示す。] - 前記アニオン部位が、グリシン、アラニン、バリン、ロイシン、イソロイシン、セリン、トレオニン、システイン、メチオニン、アスパラギン、グルタミン酸、グルタミン、アルギニン、リシン、ヒスチジン、フェニルアラニン、チロシン、トリプトファン、アスパラギン酸、プロリン、2−アミノ酪酸、2−アミノシクロペンタンカルボン酸、及び4−アミノ酪酸からなる群より選択されるアミノ酸を由来とするアニオン又はタウリンを由来とするアニオンである、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の気体分離ゲル膜。
