Description
実施例1では本発明に係る凝集処理装置として、図1にモデル的に示したものを作製し、試験(実施例1)を行った。
実施例2では実施例1で用いた凝集処理装置を用い、希釈・熟成薬液層T3の攪拌機M1を常にオンとし、供給薬液槽T4の採取口高さをその底部から500mmとした以外は同様にして凝集処理試験を行った。
Claims (3)
- ポリ塩化アルミニウムを希釈し、酸化アルミニウム換算で0.01重量%以上0.5重量%以下の所定濃度のポリ塩化アルミニウム水溶液とし、一定時間以上エージングを行った後に、当該ポリ塩化アルミニウム水溶液を高濃度シリカ含有水に添加して、該高濃度シリカ含有水に含まれる被処理物質を凝集処理する凝集処理装置であって、
内部の前記ポリ塩化アルミニウム水溶液を攪拌する攪拌機を備え、かつ、内部の前記ポリ塩化アルミニウム水溶液の液面位置が予め設定された最低液面位置まで低下したときに、前記液面位置が予め設定された最高液面位置に達するまで、内部の前記ポリ塩化アルミニウム水溶液の濃度が前記所定濃度となるように、前記ポリ塩化アルミニウム水溶液と希釈水とが供給される希釈・熟成薬液槽、
前記希釈・熟成薬液槽の前記最低液面位置より低い位置と、底部または底部近傍で送液配管により接続されて、内部の前記ポリ塩化アルミニウム水溶液の液面の高さが前記希釈・熟成薬液槽の内部の前記ポリ塩化アルミニウム水溶液の液面の高さに等しくなる供給薬液槽、及び、
前記希釈・熟成薬液槽の前記液面位置が前記最低液面位置にあるときの前記供給薬液槽の内部の前記ポリ塩化アルミニウム水溶液の液面位置と前記供給薬液槽の底部との中間点、または、当該中間点よりも高い位置から前記供給薬液槽の内部の、エージングされた前記ポリ塩化アルミニウム水溶液を採取して前記凝集処理対象水に供給するための送液手段を有し、かつ、
前記液面位置が前記最低液面位置にあるときの前記希釈・熟成薬液槽の内部の前記ポリ塩化アルミニウム水溶液の液量と、前記液面位置が前記最高液面位置にあるときの前記液量と、の平均値を100としたときに、前記液量が95以上となる液面位置に前記最低液面位置が設定され、かつ、前記液量が105以下となる液面位置に前記最高液面位置が設定されていることを特徴とする凝集処理装置。 - 前記送液配管に当該送液配管を流れる前記ポリ塩化アルミニウム水溶液の流量を調整するための流量調整弁を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の凝集処理装置。
- 前記希釈・熟成薬液槽に、前記ポリ塩化アルミニウム水溶液の濃度調整用の電気伝導率計を有することを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の凝集処理装置。
