Claims (4)
- Moと、Siと、Bと、Tiと、Cと、からなり、
Moの組成比は60原子%以上かつ75原子%以下であり、Siの組成比は1.7原子%以上かつ6.7原子%以下であり、Bの組成比は3.3原子%以上かつ13.3原子%以下であり、Tiの組成比は5.0原子%以上かつ15.0原子%以下であり、Cの組成比は、5.0原子%以上かつ10.0原子%以下であり、鋳造されたことを特徴とする合金。 - Tiの組成比は10原子%以上であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の合金。
- Mo固溶体相、Mo2C、Mo5SiB2およびTiCの共相であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の合金。
- Moと、Siと、Bと、Tiと、Cと、からなり、Moの組成比は60原子%以上かつ75原子%以下であり、Siの組成比は1.7原子%以上かつ6.7原子%以下であり、Bの組成比は3.3原子%以上かつ13.3原子%以下であり、Tiの組成比は5.0原子%以上かつ15.0原子%以下であり、Cの組成比は、5.0原子%以上かつ10.0原子%以下である合金を鋳造法を用い製造することを特徴とする合金の製造方法。
