Description
Claims (9)
- 10〜25at%のSi、2〜15at%のCr及び1〜8at%のTaを含み、残部がNb及び不可避的不純物であり、粒子状のニオブ結晶と、ニオブシリサイドを含む化合物相と、前記化合物相に分散された縞状又は点状のニオブ相とを含み、前記化合物相と前記ニオブ相とで構成されたラメラー組織を含むことを特徴とするケイ化ニオブ基複合材。
- 前記ニオブ結晶は、短径が10μm以上であり、体積率が35〜65%であり、前記ニオブ結晶は、互いに三次元的に連結したネットワーク構造を有することを特徴とする請求項1記載のケイ化ニオブ基複合材。
- 前記ラメラー組織は、体積率が35〜65%であることを特徴とする請求項1記載のケイ化ニオブ基複合材。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のケイ化ニオブ基複合材を用いたことを特徴とするガスタービン用タービン動翼。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のケイ化ニオブ基複合材を用いたことを特徴とするガスタービン用タービン静翼。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のケイ化ニオブ基複合材を用いたことを特徴とする高温部品。
- 請求項6記載の高温部品を用いたことを特徴とするガスタービン。
- 請求項6記載の高温部品を用いたことを特徴とするジェットエンジン。
- 請求項6記載の高温部品を用いたことを特徴とする高温熱機関。
