Claims (10)
- ギヤボックスを含むエネルギー貯蔵及び回収システム装置であって、前記ギヤボックス
は、フライホイール側の軸に取り付けられた第1のアイドルギヤを介して常に互いに噛み
合っている複数のギヤを備えている第1組のギヤ、及び車両側の軸に取り付けられた第2
のアイドルギヤを介して常に互いに噛み合っている複数のギヤを備えている第2組のギヤ
を含み、第1組のギヤの各ギヤは、第2組のギヤの1つのギヤに対応され、かつ、直列に
並べられた各々専用のクラッチによって分離されており、
フライホイール側の軸はエネルギー貯蔵のために配置されたフライホイールに連結可能
になっており、車両側の軸は車両変速機に連結可能になっており、各クラッチは第1の側
面及び第2の側面を有しており、各クラッチの第1の側面は第1組のギヤの各々のギヤに
接続され、かつ回転するように配置されており、各クラッチの第2の側面は第2組のギヤ
の各々のギヤに接続され、かつ回転するように配置されており、前記クラッチは第1組の
ギヤと第2組のギヤとの間でいずれの方向にもトルク伝達を許容するように個々に動作可
能とされ、
前記装置は、少なくとも1つのクラッチを通してトルク伝達している間中、少なくとも
1つのクラッチが途切れること無くスリップ可能に構成されている、エネルギー貯蔵及び
回収システム装置。 - 前記クラッチは、当該クラッチ内のトルクを増加するように少なくとも1つのクラッチ
のクラッチプレートに垂直力をかけるように構成されているアクチュエータを介して個々
に動作可能であり、前記垂直力は、少なくとも1つのクラッチに制御されたスリップを与
えるため、ブレーキ又は加速トルクに比例することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のエネル
ギー貯蔵及び回収システム装置。 - 前記クラッチは湿式のマルチプレートクラッチである、請求項1又は請求項2に記載の
エネルギー貯蔵及び回収システム装置。 - クラッチ温度を制御するため冷却油が各クラッチの中心に供給されており、前記冷却油
は、少なくとも1つのクラッチを途切れること無くスリップ可能にするため、クラッチか
らの熱の抽出を可能にすることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のエネルギー貯蔵及び回収シ
ステム装置。 - 冷却油の流れを供給するためのクラッチ潤滑及び冷却システムを含んでいることを特徴
とする請求項4に記載のエネルギー貯蔵及び回収システム装置。 - 少なくとも1つのクラッチがクラッチ軸に装着されており、前記クラッチ潤滑及び冷却
システムは、前記少なくとも1つのクラッチに油が供給される際に経由する、クラッチ軸
のボアとクラッチ軸の少なくとも1つの開口とを含んでいることを特徴とする請求項5に
記載のエネルギー貯蔵及び回収システム装置。 - 潤滑油が、前記第1又は第2のアイドルギヤと噛み合っている所から出てくるように、
ギヤの歯に、噴射口を介して、供給されている、請求項1乃至請求項6の何れか一項に記
載のエネルギー貯蔵及び回収システム装置。 - 前記第1組のギヤの各ギヤは、専用のクラッチ及び前記第2組のギヤの対応するギヤに
同軸に位置決めされている、請求項1乃至請求項7の何れか一項に記載のエネルギー貯蔵
及び回収システム装置。 - 前記フライホイール側の軸に連結されているエネルギー貯蔵フライホイールと結合され
ている、請求項1乃至請求項8の何れか一項に記載のエネルギー貯蔵及び回収システム装
置。 - 車両変速機入力軸を含んでおり、請求項1乃至請求項9の何れか一項に記載のエネルギ
ー貯蔵及び回収システム装置が前記車両変速機入力軸に連結されている車両。
