Description
本発明の他の目的は、微細なパターンを高精度、且つスピーディに形成することができるペースト組成物を提供することにある。
本発明の更に他の目的は、微細なパターンを高精度、且つスピーディに形成することができるインクを提供することにある。
本発明の他の目的は、前記インクを使用するパターン形成方法を提供することにある。
本発明に係るペースト組成物は、印刷法により電子素子パターンを形成する際に使用するペースト組成物であって、上記溶剤又は溶剤組成物を前記ペースト組成物全量(100重量%)の90重量%以上含有し、バインダー樹脂を前記ペースト組成物全量(100重量%)の0〜10重量%含有する。
本発明に係るインクは、上記ペースト組成物を少なくとも含有する。
本発明のパターン形成方法は、太陽電池、有機TFT、ラジオ周波数識別タグ、電子ペーパー、有機ELデバイス、タッチパネル、又はプラズマディスプレイのパターン形成方法であって、基板上に、上記インクを印刷法で塗布することによりパターン層を形成する工程(パターン印刷工程)と、前記パターン層を硬化又は焼成する工程(パターン硬化又は焼成工程)とを有することを特徴とする。
1:B(ボロン原子)等を不純物として添加したp型半導体を、印刷法により形成する。
2:得られたp型半導体表面にテクスチャ(凹凸)加工を施してから、P(リン原子)等を不純物として添加したn型半導体を印刷法により積層する。
3:p型半導体表面に窒化ケイ素、酸化チタン等の反射防止膜を形成する。
4:n型半導体表面にバス電極とフィンガー電極(光入射側電極)を印刷法により形成する。
1:ガラス等の基板上に陽極を形成する。
2:ガラス等の基板上の、陽極を形成した部分以外の部分に隔壁を形成する。
3:陽極上に、赤、緑、青、白色の発光層を印刷法により形成し、硬化させる。
4:発光層及び隔壁の上に陰極を形成する。
1:ITO/PET基板上の動作領域部にレジストを印刷し、エッチングして周辺の銀回路印刷部分のITO膜を除去する。
2:可視領域以外の部分に銀インキを印刷して銀回路を形成する。
3:銀回路を覆うように絶縁インキを印刷して上部電極を得る。
4:ITO/ガラス基板上の動作領域部にレジストを印刷し、エッチングして周辺の銀回路印刷部分のITO膜を除去する。
5:ドットスペーサを印刷・焼成した後、銀インキを印刷して銀回路を形成し、銀回路を覆うように絶縁インキを印刷して下部電極を得る。
6:上下電極貼り付け用の糊を印刷し、引き出し線用のフレキシブルプリント基板と上下電極を貼り合わせ、導電性ペーストと熱圧着させることでタッチパネルを形成する。
1:前面ガラス基板上に表示電極、バス電極を形成する。
2:さらに誘電体層、MgO層を形成する。
3:背面ガラス基板上にデータ電極を形成し、誘電体層を形成し、さらにバリアリブ、蛍光体層を形成する。
4:前面ガラス基板と背面ガラス基板を張り合わせ、排気し、希ガスを封入した後、プリント基板を実装する。
2つのスクリュー管に、溶剤として1,2,5,6−テトラヒドロベンジルアルコール(商品名「THBA」、(株)ダイセル製、以後、「THBA」と称する場合がある)をそれぞれ19.80g、19.50g入れ、さらにエチルセルロース(商品名「エトセル」、DOW(株)製、以後、「エトセル」と称する場合がある)を0.20g、0.50g入れ、その後、65℃で撹拌して静置し、20℃まで自然冷却して、ペースト組成物(1-1)(エチルセルロース濃度:2重量%溶液)、(1-2)(エチルセルロース濃度:5重量%溶液)を得た。
THBAに代えてα−ターピネオール(商品名「α−ターピネオール」、東京化成工業(株)製、以後、「α−TPO」と称する場合がある)を溶剤として使用した以外は実施例1と同様にして、ペースト組成物(2-1)(エチルセルロース濃度:2重量%溶液)、(2-2)(エチルセルロース濃度:5重量%溶液)を得た。
THBAに代えてジヒドロターピニルアセテート(商品名「メンタノールAC」、日本香料薬品(株)製、以後、「DHTA」と称する場合がある)を溶剤として使用した以外は実施例1と同様にして、ペースト組成物(3-1)(エチルセルロース濃度:2重量%溶液)、(3-2)(エチルセルロース濃度:5重量%溶液)を得た。
実施例及び比較例で使用した溶剤の蒸発速度、動粘度、及び実施例及び比較例で得られたペースト組成物の動粘度を下記の方法で測定した。
実施例及び比較例で使用した溶剤(サンプル数:9個)の20℃、50℃、70℃における蒸発速度は、示差熱・熱重量同時測定装置(TG−DTA)を使用して、下記条件で測定し、試験開始2分後から試験終了までの重量変化(TG)を測定し、その平均(n=9)を20℃、50℃、70℃における蒸発速度とした。

サンプル容器:アルミパン
初期温度:20℃
昇温速度:40℃/分
最終温度:20℃、50℃、70℃
最終温度保持時間:10分間
実施例及び比較例で使用した溶剤(「0%EC」に該当)、及び実施例及び比較例で得られたペースト組成物について、20℃、50℃、70℃の条件下で、E型粘度計(商品名「TVE−22H」、東機産業株式会社製)を使用して粘度を測定し、密度計(商品名「DA−130N」、京都電子工業株式会社製)を使用して密度を測定し、粘度と密度から20℃、50℃、70℃における動粘度(cSt)を算出した。
さらに、50℃以上の高温下においては、同じエチルセルロース添加量において比較した場合、α−ターピネオール(α−TPO)やジヒドロターピニルアセテート(DHTA)に比べ、1,2,5,6−テトラヒドロベンジルアルコール(THBA)の方が高い動粘度を維持していることから、ペースト組成物に優れたパターン保持性を付与できることがわかった。
Claims (7)
- 印刷法により電子素子パターンを形成する際に使用する溶剤又は溶剤組成物であって、少なくとも1,2,5,6−テトラヒドロベンジルアルコールを溶剤又は溶剤組成物全量(100重量%)の10重量%以上含むことを特徴とする電子素子パターン印刷用溶剤又は溶剤組成物。
- 印刷法が、インクジェット法、スクリーン印刷法、凸版印刷法、オフセット印刷法、グラビア印刷法、マイクロコンタクト印刷法、及びナノインプリント法からなる群より選択される少なくとも1種の方法である請求項1に記載の電子素子パターン印刷用溶剤又は溶剤組成物。
- 電子素子が、太陽電池、有機薄膜トランジスター、ラジオ周波数識別タグ、電子ペーパー、有機エレクトロルミネッセンスデバイス、タッチパネル、及びプラズマディスプレイからなる群より選択される少なくとも1種である請求項1又は2に記載の電子素子パターン印刷用溶剤又は溶剤組成物。
- 印刷法により電子素子パターンを形成する際に使用するペースト組成物であって、請求項1〜3の何れか1項に記載の電子素子パターン印刷用溶剤又は溶剤組成物を前記ペースト組成物全量(100重量%)の90重量%以上含有し、バインダー樹脂を前記ペースト組成物全量(100重量%)の0〜10重量%含有するペースト組成物。
- バインダー樹脂がセルロース系樹脂及び/又はアクリル系樹脂である請求項4に記載のペースト組成物。
- 請求項4又は5に記載のペースト組成物を少なくとも含有するインク。
- 太陽電池、有機薄膜トランジスター、ラジオ周波数識別タグ、電子ペーパー、有機エレクトロルミネッセンスデバイス、タッチパネル、又はプラズマディスプレイのパターン形成方法であって、基板上に、請求項6に記載のインクを印刷法で塗布することによりパターン層を形成する工程と、前記パターン層を硬化又は焼成する工程とを有することを特徴とするパターン形成方法。
