Claims (4)
- 放射線遮蔽部材からなるハウジングと、
前記ハウジングに設けられて先端部が開口する光導入路と、
前記光導入路の後端部に設けられる金属製ミラーと、
前記金属製ミラーの反射光を集束させる光学レンズと、
前記光学レンズで集束させた光が入光する撮像素子と、
を有し、
前記金属製ミラーと前記光学レンズとの間に放射線雰囲気を遮断するカバーが設けられる、
ことを特徴とする耐放射線カメラ。 - 放射線遮蔽部材からなるハウジングと、
前記ハウジングに設けられて先端部が開口する光導入路と、
前記光導入路の後端部に設けられる金属製ミラーと、
前記金属製ミラーの反射光を集束させる光学レンズと、
前記光学レンズで集束させた光が入光する撮像素子と、
を有し、
前記光導入路を加熱する加熱装置が設けられる、
ことを特徴とする耐放射線カメラ。 - 前記光導入路の入光軸と前記撮像素子における入光軸が略直角に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の耐放射線カメラ。
- 少なくとも前記光学レンズ、前記撮像素子、該撮像素子を駆動する駆動回路が一体化され、前記ハウジングに配置されることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか一つに記載の耐放射線カメラ。
