Claims (6)
- −予め定義された放射線(4a)への暴露により凝固させるのに適した、液体又はペースト状態の流体物質(3)のための容器(2);
−前記流体物質(3)を凝固するために、予め定義された厚さを有し前記容器(2)の底部(2a)に隣接して配置した前記流体物質(3)の層を選択的に照射するのに適した、前記予め定義された放射線(4a)を放出するための手段(4);
−前記凝固層(6)を支持するのに適したモデリングプレート(5);
−前記底部(2a)に垂直であるモデリング方向(X)に少なくとも従って、前記モデリングプレート(5)を前記底部(2a)に対して移動させるのに適したアクチュエータ手段(7);
−水平化手段(8)であって、前記流体物質(3)が前記容器(2)に再分散されるように、前記流体物質(3)と接触する前記水平化手段(8)を前記容器(2)の前記底部(2a)に対して移動するように構成された動力手段と関連付けられた水平化手段(8);
−移動方向(Y)の2つの反対の向きのそれぞれの向きに前記容器(2)を移動するように構成される前記動力手段を備えているステレオリソグラフィ機械(1)において:
前記水平化手段(8)が、前記移動方向(Y)に垂直な長手方向に従って主に展開し、前記モデリングプレート(5)に対して2つの対応する両方の側に配置された少なくとも2つのパドル(9、10)を備えることを特徴とするステレオリソグラフィ機械(1)。 - 前記動力手段が、前記移動方向(Y)の前記2つの反対の向きのそれぞれの向きに前記容器(2)を移動する間、前記パドル(9、10)を固定して維持するよう構成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のステレオリソグラフィ機械(1)。
- 前記動力手段が、前記底部(2a)に対して垂直な前記パドル(9、10)の各1つを移動し、前記パドル(9、10)の各1つを、前記パドル(9、10)の他方から独立して前記流体物質(3)に浸漬し前記流体物質(3)から取り出すように構成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のステレオリソグラフィ機械(1)。
- 請求項1又は2に記載のステレオリソグラフィ機械(1)により3次元物体(11)を複数層に作製するための方法であって、以下の操作:
−前記流体物質(3)の複数層のうちの第1の層を前記凝固層(6)と一致する層を得るように選択的に照射すること;
−前記凝固層(6)を前記流体物質(3)から出現させるように前記凝固層(6)を前記底部(2a)から離すこと;
−前記凝固層(6)を持ち上げることによって生じた凹部(3a)を充填するように、前記水平化手段(8)を前記容器(2)に対して移動し、且つ前記水平化手段(8)を前記流体物質(3)と接触して置くことによって前記流体物質(3)を前記容器(2)に再分散すること;
−前記複数層の第2の層のために上記の操作を繰り返すこと;
を含む方法において、
前記再分散工程が、前記移動方向(Y)の互いに対向する向きに従って実施される前記容器(2)の2つの移動を含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記流体物質(3)を前記容器(2)に再分散する工程が、前記容器(2)の2つの移動の間、前記水平化手段(8)が固定して維持されることを含むことを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記2つの移動のそれぞれの移動の間、対応する前記移動方向(Y)に従って前記凹部(3a)の下流に配置された前記パドル(9、10)が、前記流体物質(3)から引き上げておかれることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の方法。
