Claims (3)
- 駆動源に回転連結された駆動側プレートと、
前記駆動側プレートの軸線方向の一側に並んで軸線方向に移動可能に配設され、前記駆動側プレートに対向する面に摩擦材を有し、負荷に回転連結された従動側プレートと、
前記従動側プレートの軸線方向の一側に並んで配設され、軸線方向の他側に移動して前記従動側プレートを押動して前記摩擦材を前記駆動側プレートに摺動させるプレッシャプレートと、
前記プレッシャプレートを駆動するアクチュエータと、
前記プレッシャプレートの軸線方向の他側への移動ストローク量を検出するストローク検出手段と、
前記従動側プレートの前記摩擦材の摩耗量に応じて前記駆動側プレートと移動する前のプレッシャプレートとの間の間隙長を調整する摩耗追従機構と、
クラッチ継合動作を行って動作不良が発生したときに作動し、前記クラッチ継合動作における移動ストローク量の変化に基づいて、前記動作不良の原因を前記アクチュエータの故障または前記摩耗追従機構の故障のどちらかに判別する故障判別手段と、
を備える摩擦クラッチ装置。 - 前記摩耗追従機構は、或るクラッチ継合動作で前記移動ストローク量が規定値を超過すると前記間隙長を減じて次回のクラッチ継合動作における移動ストローク量を減じ、前記故障判別手段は、クラッチ継合動作不良が発生したときの移動ストローク量の最大値が前記規定値未満であるときに前記アクチュエータの故障と判別し、前記移動ストローク量の最大値が前記規定値以上であるときに前記摩耗追従機構の故障と判別する請求項1に記載の摩擦クラッチ装置。
- 車両のパワートレーンに組み込まれた請求項1または2に記載の摩擦クラッチ装置。
