Abstract
Description
モールドに支持されたウーハと、
振動板に圧電素子を付設したツイータと、
前記振動板の周縁又はその近傍から前記振動板の板法線方向に突出して前記モールドに固定され、前記振動板と前記モールドとの間に空隙を形成する3以上の支持部とを備え、
前記振動版と前記3以上の支持部とが一体に成形されていることを特徴とする。
ここで、「周縁又はその近傍」とは、振動板の周縁と、周縁よりも内側であって振動板の重心と周縁との間の重心よりも周縁に近い箇所を言う。後述の実施例においては支持部が周縁に設けられているが、厳密な周縁でなくても同様の効果が得られることは明らかである。
前記3以上の支持部のうち少なくとも1は導電性を有し、
前記振動板は導電性を有することを特徴とする。
また、前記3以上の支持部で導電性を有するもののうち少なくとも1は、前記モールドを貫通して前記モールドの前記振動板と逆側に突出することを特徴とする。
前記振動板の板法線方向から前記振動板及び前記圧電素子を見ると、前記振動板が円形であり、前記圧電素子が円形であり、前記圧電素子の直径が前記振動板の直径の90%以上であることを特徴とする。
前記ウーハがダイナミック型であることを特徴とする。
前記ウーハは、前記モールドに対して前記振動板とは逆方向に音響を発生し、
前記モールドは導音孔を備えることを特徴とする。
前記ウーハが圧電素子型であることを特徴とする。
上述のスピーカを用いることを特徴とする。

Claims (8)
- モールドに支持されたウーハと、
振動板に圧電素子を付設したツイータと、
前記振動板の周縁又はその近傍から前記振動板の板法線方向に突出して前記モールドに固定され、前記振動板と前記モールドとの間に空隙を形成する3以上の支持部とを備え、
前記振動板と前記3以上の支持部とが一体に成形されていることを特徴とする、スピーカ。 - 前記3以上の支持部のうち少なくとも1は導電性を有し、
前記振動板は導電性を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のスピーカ。 - 前記3以上の支持部で導電性を有するもののうち少なくとも1は、前記モールドを貫通して前記モールドの前記振動板と逆側に突出することを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のスピーカ。
- 前記振動板の板法線方向から前記振動板及び前記圧電素子を見ると、前記振動板が円形であり、前記圧電素子が円形であり、前記圧電素子の直径が前記振動板の直径の90%以上であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のスピーカ。
- 前記ウーハがダイナミック型であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のスピーカ。
- 前記ウーハは、前記モールドに対して前記振動板とは逆方向に音響を発生し、
前記モールドは導音孔を備えることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載のスピーカ。 - 前記ウーハが圧電素子型であることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載のスピーカ。
- 請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載のスピーカを用いることを特徴とする、イヤホン。
