Claims (1)
- 隣り合う被覆同士を熱融着により結合してなる複合ケーブル(1)の製造方法において、
一方の被覆(10)温度を低くし、該一方の被覆(10)を低温体にする工程と、
他方の被覆(7)温度を前記一方の被覆(10)よりも高くし、前記他方の被覆(7)を高温体にする工程と、
前記低温体及び前記高温体の状態でこれらを接触させて一体化する工程と、
を含み、
前記一体化を前記熱融着により形成した熱融着部(4)とし、且つ、該熱融着部(4)を5N以上の密着力を有するとともにケーブル(2,3)分離時に被覆破れが生じない密着力を有するように形成する
ことを特徴とする複合ケーブルの製造方法。
