Claims (2)
- 温度調節される電池において、特に車両を駆動するためのエネルギー源としての電池であり、多数の互いに電気的に接続され、かつ互いに対して平行に組み合わせられた平板状電池セル(17)を有し、前記電池セル間に配置され、かつ断熱された電池筐体(3)内の複数の電池室(9〜12)に分配されたスペーサ(18)とともに電池セルパック(16)を形成する電池において、前記電池セル(17)と接触する易流動性の第1の熱媒が、前記電池筐体(3)に封入されており、前記第1の熱媒は、前記電池筐体(3)に封入された熱伝導エリア(22、23)によって流路系に封入されている第2の熱媒のうちの少なくとも1つと熱交換を行い、前記第2の熱媒は、温度調節された熱交換を前記電池外部で行うために前記電池から導出された、少なくとも1つの供給経路および排出経路を有し、前記電池セル(17)において強制対流を行うために少なくとも1つのポンプ(21)が、前記電池筐体内に封入されており、前記ポンプは、流入側および流出側で前記第1の熱媒と流体接続を形成していることを特徴とし、電池セルパック(16)間に設けられた熱交換部スペース(7)を貫通して延在する前記電池外部で、温度調節された熱交換を行うための供給経路および排出経路を有する前記流路系が、垂直配向されており、前記第1の熱媒が充填されて、前記電池セルパック(16)のスペースと連通しており、前記スペースは、前記電池の基部の空隙によって前記電池セル間に設けられていることを特徴とし、強制対流を行うために、複数の小型ポンプ(21)が、前記熱交換部スペース(7)に配置され、従って前記熱交換部スペース(7)の上方区域内の前記電池セル(17)の間に配置されることを特徴とし、圧縮ガスが充填された圧力ポケット(19)が、電池セル(17)のそれぞれのパック(16)に配置され、その結果、当該電池室(9〜12)に配置された前記電池セル(17)が、前記ガスの圧力下で圧着固定の態様で前記電池室に保持されていることを特徴とし、前記電池セル(17)間の中間室が、前記電池セルと熱伝導が行われるように接触している金属製のスペーサ(18)により形成され、前記スペーサが垂直に延びる異形のリブを有する金属製シート(18)で構成されて、その結果、前記異形のリブは、近傍の電池セル(17)の面と熱伝導が行われるように接触していることを特徴とする、温度調節される電池。
- 請求項1に記載の電池において、前記電池が、前記電池を密封するように嵌合することができるカバー(5)を有し、前記圧力ポケット(19)が、気密密閉の態様で閉じることができる充填接続部材(20)を有し、その結果、前記電池セルが電池室(9〜12)に圧着固定のない態様で挿入された後に前記圧力ポケット(19)が、圧締圧力下に置かれることを特徴とする、電池。
