Claims (5)
- 複数の電池セルが一方向に配列された電池モジュールと、
前記電池モジュールを冷却する冷却水を循環させる冷却水循環管路と、
前記冷却水循環管路と連結し、前記電池モジュールの下面と対向して配設されると共に、前記電池モジュールの下面に固定された伝熱シートと接触した状態にて配設される冷却水貯留部と、
前記電池モジュールの下方にて、前記冷却水貯留部の下面と接触した状態にて配設される非循環式の冷却水貯留チャンバと、を備えることを特徴とする車両用電池の冷却構造。 - 前記冷却水貯留部は、前記冷却水循環管路よりも広い管路断面を有し、
前記冷却水貯留チャンバは、車両の底板部の上面に配設されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両用電池の冷却構造。 - 前記冷却水貯留部と前記冷却水貯留チャンバとは一体型温調筐体として形成され、
前記一体型温調筐体は、前記伝熱シートと接触する第1の金属プレートと、前記底板部と接触する第2の金属プレートと、前記第1の金属プレートと前記第2の金属プレートにて形成される内部空間を前記冷却水貯留部としての上方空間と前記冷却水貯留チャンバとしての下方空間へと区画する第3の金属プレートと、を有し、
前記第1の金属プレート、前記第2の金属プレート及び前記第3の金属プレートは、アルミニウムから成ることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の車両用電池の冷却構造。 - 前記一体型温調筐体の下方の前記底板部には、前記車両の外部へと突出する冷却フィンが形成されていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の車両用電池の冷却構造。
- 前記一体型温調筐体と前記底板部との間には、前記一体型温調筐体の外周縁部に沿って環状の絶縁性台座が配設されていることを特徴とする請求項3または請求項4に記載の車両用電池の冷却構造。
