Description
すなわち、溶鋼容器から、スライディングノズル装置に溶鋼を導く連続鋳造装置の上ノズルにおいて、アルミナ、シリカ、マグネシア、ジルコニア、クロミアから選ばれる単体またはその2種以上からなる化合物からなる粒径0.3〜2.5mmの耐火性粒子の1重量部と、0.5〜4重量部の塗料との混合物であって、上記耐火性粒子を0.1〜1.0kg/m2 取り込んだ上記混合物の固化物を外周面に備える。

Claims (2)
- 溶鋼容器から、スライディングノズル装置に溶鋼を導く連続鋳造装置の上ノズルにおいて、
アルミナ、シリカ、マグネシア、ジルコニア、クロミアから選ばれる単体またはその2種以上からなる化合物からなる粒径0.3〜2.5mmの耐火性粒子の1重量部と、0.5〜4重量部の塗料との混合物であって、
上記耐火性粒子を0.1〜1.0kg/m2 取り込んだ上記混合物の固化物を外周面に備えたことを特徴とする上ノズル。 - 溶鋼容器から、スライディングノズル装置に溶鋼を導く連続鋳造装置に上ノズルを用いた入り込み抑制方法において、
アルミナ、シリカ、マグネシア、ジルコニア、クロミアから選ばれる単体またはその2種以上からなる化合物からなる粒径0.3〜2.5mmの耐火性粒子の1重量部を、0.5〜4重量部の塗料に分散させ、上記耐火性粒子の量が0.1〜1.0kg/m2となるように外周面に塗布、固化した上ノズルをモルタルを介して羽口耐火物にセットすることを特徴とする入り込み抑制方法。
