Description
Cr1(Y、Z)0.005〜0.5O0.1〜1.0F1.0〜3.0 (I)
ここで、YがAl、ZnまたはMgのうちの1種または2種以上の組合せから選ばれ、Zが酸素を貯蔵/放出する機能を有する希土元素である、
フッ化触媒。
(1)反応装置に前記一般式(I)に記載のフッ化触媒を加える;
(2)原料2−クロロ−3,3,3−トリフルオロプロペン、無水フッ化水素及びO2及び/またはO3を十分に混合した後、この混合物を予熱した反応装置に添加して予熱を行い、次いで、気化反応装置に導入して気化させ、その後反応装置に導入して反応を行う。予熱温度は100〜500℃であり、反応温度は200〜500℃である;
(3)反応生成物を第1分離塔に導入する;その際、前記反応生成物は、原料2−クロロ-3,3,3−トリフルオロプロペン、無水フッ化水素及びO2および/またはO3を含んでいる。第1分離塔の塔頂からO2及び/またはO3とHCl含有の物流を分離する。水洗してHClを除去した後、O2及び/またはO3流を大気に排出させるかまたは回収用装置を通じて回収させる。反応装置中のHCFC−1233xf、HFO−1234yf及びHF含有の物流を第2分離塔に導入して分離を継続する;
(4)第2分離塔からHFO−1234yfのクルード産物を含む物流を分離し、これを純化することによって最終産物を得る;
(5)第2分離塔の塔釜に残存する物流を反応装置に戻し、反応を継続する。
(1)フッ化触媒2:塩化クロムによって硝酸クロムを代替する。
(2)フッ化触媒3:硝酸セリウムによって硝酸ランタンを代替する。
(3)フッ化触媒4:硝酸プラセオジムによって硝酸ランタンを代替する。
(4)フッ化触媒5:混合塩溶液に0.1 %(wt)のフッ化パーフルオロオクタンスルホニル(POSF)を添加する。
(1)フッ化触媒6(モル比Cr:Al=1:0.005): La(NO3)3・6H2Oを除き、3gAl(NO3)3・9H2Oを添加する。
(2)フッ化触媒7(モル比Cr:La=1:0.30): La(NO3)3・6H2Oの量を0.32から19.4gに増加する。
(3)フッ化触媒8:フッ化触媒7用の混合塩溶液0.3 %(wt)のフッ化パーフルオロオクタンスルホニル(POSF)を添加する。
反応2:触媒1,HF:HCFC−1233xf:O2=15:1:1;
反応3:触媒7,HF:HCFC−1233xf:O2=15:1:1;
反応4:触媒8,HF:HCFC−1233xf:O2=15:1:1;
反応5:触媒1,HF:HCFC−1233xf:O3=15:1:0.5。
Claims (19)
- 2,3,3,3−テトラフルオロプロペンを調製するためのフッ化触媒であって、前記フッ化触媒が、以下の一般式(I)を有し、
Cr1(Yおよび/またはZ)0.005〜0.5O0.1〜1.0F1.0〜3.0 (I)
YがAl、ZnまたはMgのうちの1種または2種以上の組合せから選ばれ、Zが酸素の貯蔵/放出する機能を有する希土元素であることを特徴とする、2,3,3,3−テトラフルオロプロペンを調製するためのフッ化触媒。 - 前記希土元素がCe、La、Prのうちの1種または2種以上の組合せから選ばれることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の2,3,3,3−テトラフルオロプロペンを調製するためのフッ化触媒。
- フッ化触媒はフッ素含有の界面活性剤が添加される方法によって調製されたものであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の2,3,3,3−テトラフルオロプロペンを調製するためのフッ化触媒。
- 前記フッ素含有の界面活性剤がフッ化パーフルオロオクタンスルホニルまたは可溶性パーフルオロオクタンスルホン酸塩であることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の2,3,3,3−テトラフルオロプロペンを調製するためのフッ化触媒。
- 2,3,3,3−テトラフルオロプロペンを調製する方法であって、2−クロロ−3,3,3−トリフルオロプロペンを原料とし、請求項1に記載のフッ化触媒の触媒作用下、O2及び/またはO3の存在下で、無水フッ化水素と反応させて2,3,3,3−テトラフルオロプロペンを調製することを特徴とする、2,3,3,3−テトラフルオロプロペンを調製する方法。
- 前記希土元素がCe、La、Prのうちの1種または2種以上の組合せから選ばれることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の2,3,3,3−テトラフルオロプロペンを調製する方法。
- 前記フッ素含有の界面活性剤がフッ化パーフルオロオクタンスルホニルまたは可溶性パーフルオロオクタンスルホン酸塩であることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の2,3,3,3−テトラフルオロプロペンを調製する方法。
- 無水フッ化水素と2−クロロ−3,3,3−トリフルオロプロペンとのモル比が3〜20:1であることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の2,3,3,3−テトラフルオロプロペンを調製する方法。
- 無水フッ化水素と2−クロロ−3,3,3−トリフルオロプロペンとのモル比が5〜10:1であることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の2,3,3,3−テトラフルオロプロペンを調製する方法。
- O2の存在下で反応を行い、ここで、O2と2−クロロ−3,3,3−トリフルオロプロペンとのモル比が1〜3:1であることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の2,3,3,3−テトラフルオロプロペンを調製する方法。
- O2の存在下で反応を行い、ここで、O2と2−クロロ−3,3,3−トリフルオロプロペンとのモル比が1〜2:1であることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の2,3,3,3−テトラフルオロプロペンを調製する方法。
- O3の存在下で反応を行い、ここで、O3と2−クロロ-3,3,3-トリフルオロプロペンとのモル比が0.1〜2:1であることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の2,3,3,3−テトラフルオロプロペンを調製する方法。
- O3の存在下で反応を行い、O3と2−クロロ−3,3,3−トリフルオロプロペンとのモル比が0.1〜1:1であることを特徴とする、請求項12に記載の2,3,3,3−テトラフルオロプロペンを調製する方法。
- 反応温度が200〜500℃で、反応接触時間が1〜300秒であることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の2,3,3,3−テトラフルオロプロペンを調製する方法。
- 反応温度が300〜450℃で、反応接触時間が5〜25秒で、反応圧力が0.1〜1.2MPaであることを特徴とする、請求項14に記載の2,3,3,3−テトラフルオロプロペンを調製する方法。
- 原料としての2−クロロ−3,3,3−トリフルオロプロペンは反応する前に予熱され、予熱温度が100〜350℃であることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の2,3,3,3−テトラフルオロプロペンを調製する方法。
- 2,3,3,3−テトラフルオロプロペンを調製する方法であって、以下のステップ:
(1)反応装置に請求項1に記載のフッ化触媒を導入するステップ;
(2)原料2−クロロ−3,3,3−トリフルオロプロペン、無水フッ化水素及びO2及び/またはO3を気化予熱した混合物を反応装置に導入して反応を行う、ここで、前記混合物は100〜500℃の予熱温度で予熱され、反応温度は300〜450℃である、ステップ;
(3)反応生成物流を第1分離塔に導入し、前記第1分離塔の塔頂からO2及び/またはO3とHCl含有の物流を分離し、水を通過させてHClを除去し、残ったO2及び/またはO3を大気に排出させるかまたは装置を通じて回収させ、前記第1分離塔の塔釜から、HCFC−1233xf、HFO−1234yf及びHF含有の物流を分離し、第2分離塔に導入し、さらに分離するステップ;
(4)第2分離塔の塔頂からクルードHFO−1234yfを含む物流を分離し、これを純化して最終産物を得るステップ;および
(5)第2分離塔の塔釜に残存する物流を反応装置に戻し、反応を継続するステップ、
を含むことを特徴とする、2,3,3,3−テトラフルオロプロペンを調製する方法。 - 前記フッ化触媒は、フッ素含有の界面活性剤が添加されることによって調製されたものであり、前記フッ化触媒は使用する前に200〜500℃の温度下でHFと共に15〜400分間事前処理されることを特徴とする、請求項17に記載の2,3,3,3−テトラフルオロプロペンを調製する方法。
- 前記無水フッ化水素と2−クロロ−3,3,3−トリフルオロプロペンとのモル比が5〜10:1であることを特徴とする、請求項17に記載の2,3,3,3−テトラフルオロプロペンを調製する方法。
