Claims (3)
- 筒状の本体部と、
前記本体部の一方の開口部に設けられた粘着剤と、
を有し、
前記筒状の本体部の少なくとも一部の筒状の部位が弾性体で構成されており、
前記筒状の本体部は、筒状の弾性体と、剛性の高いワーク側構成体と、剛性の高い連結体側構成体とを備えて構成されており、
前記ワーク側構成体は、一端部に平面が設けられ、前記平面の中央で前記平面に直交する方向に貫通している貫通孔が設けられた環状に形成されており、軸が前記筒状の弾性体の軸と一致し、他端部側の部位が前記筒状の弾性体の一端部側の部位に係合して、前記筒状の弾性体に設けられており、
前記連結体側構成体は、中央に貫通孔が設けられた環状に形成されており、軸が前記筒状の弾性体の軸と一致し、一端部側の部位が前記筒状の弾性体の他端部側の部位に係合し、前記ワーク側構成体から離れて、前記筒状の弾性体に設けられており、
前記粘着剤は、前記ワーク側構成体の平面に環状で膜状になって設けられていることを特徴とするワーク保持体。 - 第1のワークが設置される第1のテーブルと、
前記第1のテーブルに接近もしくは前記第1のテーブルから離反する方向で前記第1のテーブルに対して相対的に移動位置決め自在である第2のテーブルと、
請求項1に記載のワーク保持体を複数備え、前記各ワーク保持体の粘着剤が前記第1のテーブルと対向し、前記各ワーク保持体が、前記第1のテーブルに接近しもしくは前記第1のテーブルから離反する方向で、前記第1のテーブルに対して相対的に移動位置決め自在であり、前記各ワーク保持体で第2のワークを保持するように構成されているワーク保持装置と、
前記第1のテーブルに設置されている設置済みの第1のワークに、前記ワーク保持体で保持している保持済みの第2のワークを設置するときに、前記第1のワークと前記第2のワークとを真空雰囲気内に位置させる真空雰囲気生成装置と、
前記第2のテーブルが前記第1のテーブルから離れており、前記ワーク保持体が前記第1のテーブルと前記第2のテーブルとの間に位置しており、前記第1のテーブルに前記第1のワークが設置されており、前記ワーク保持体で前記第2のワークを保持している状態で、前記真空雰囲気生成装置で真空雰囲気を生成し、前記ワーク保持体を前記第1のテーブルに近づく方向に移動して前記設置済みの第1のワークに前記保持済みの第2のワークを設置し、前記第2のテーブルを前記第1のテーブル側に移動して前記第1のテーブルと前記第2のテーブルとで前記各ワークを挟んで押圧し、この押圧をしているときに前記ワーク保持体を前記第1のテーブルから離れる方向に移動して前記ワーク保持体を前記第2のワークから離し、前記押圧を所定時間行った後に、前記真空雰囲気生成装置による真空雰囲気を無くすように、前記第1のテーブルと前記第2のテーブルと前記ワーク保持装置と前記真空雰囲気生成装置とを制御する制御装置と、
を有することを特徴とするワーク設置装置。 - 第1のテーブルに第1のワークを設置する第1のワーク設置工程と、
請求項1に記載のワーク保持体を第2のワークに係合させて、前記第2のワークを保持する第2のワーク保持工程と、
前記第1のワーク設置工程で第1のワークを設置し、前記第2のワーク保持工程で第2のワークを保持した後、前記第1のテーブルに設置されている設置済みの第1のワークと前記ワーク保持体で保持している保持済みの第2のワークとを、真空雰囲気内に位置させる真空雰囲気生成工程と、
前記真空雰囲気生成工程で生成した真空状態を維持したまま、前記ワーク保持体を前記設置済みの第1のワークに近づけて、前記保持済みの第2のワークの未硬化膜状体を前記設置済みの第1のワークに接触させ、前記保持済みの第2のワークを前記設置済みの第1のワークに設置する第2のワーク設置工程と、
前記第2のワーク設置工程で前記設置済みの第1のワークに前記保持済みの第2のワークを設置した後、前記各テーブルで前記各ワークを挟んで押圧するワーク押圧工程と、
前記ワーク押圧工程で前記各ワークを押圧しているときに、前記ワーク保持体を前記第2のワークから離すワーク保持体離反工程と、
を有し、
前記ワーク保持体は、板状の基材の厚さ方向の一方の面に未硬化膜状体が設けられた前記第2のワークにおける前記基材の他方の面に、前記各貫通孔を利用した真空吸着と粘着剤とを併用して前記第2のワーク保持することを特徴とするワーク設置方法。
