Description
請求項2に記載の発明は、請求項1に記載の製造方法において、前記加熱体は1本のハロゲンヒータまたは1本のカーボンヒータから一筆書き状に形成することを特徴とする中空成形品の製造方法として構成される。
請求項4に記載の発明は、請求項3に記載の製造装置において、前記加熱体は1本のハロゲンヒータまたは1本のカーボンヒータから一筆書き状に形成されていることを特徴とする中空成形品の製造装置として構成される。
また、他の発明によると、加熱体は1本のハロゲンヒータまたは1本のカーボンヒータから一筆書き状に形成されている。そうすると製造装置のコストを小さくすることができる。
実験:
材料の樹脂としてグラスファイバー入りのポリアミド樹脂を使用して、射出成形工程により一対の半成形品を得た。型開工程、整合工程を実施した後に、カーボンヒータから構成した本実施の形態に係る加熱体8を挿入すると共にこれを揺動する溶融工程を実施した。溶融工程は8秒間とした。その後圧着工程を実施して、中空成形品を得た。
実験結果:
中空成形品を確認したところ、接合部分は精度よく接合され、美観に優れているだけで無く、十分な強度で接合されていた。これにより、本実施の形態に係る中空成形品の製造方法によって、良好な中空成形品が得られることが確認できた。

Claims (4)
- 一対の金型によって一対の半成形品を接合端面を有するように成形する射出成形工程と、型開工程において一方の半成形品を一方の金型に、そして他方の半成形品を他方の金型にそれぞれ残すようにして型開する型開工程と、それぞれの接合端面が所定の隙間で離間するように対向させる整合工程と、一対の半成形品の接合端面間に加熱体を非接触的に挿入して接合端面を溶融する溶融工程と、前記加熱体を退避させて型閉じして、または半成形品を金型内で押し付けて接合端面を圧着する圧着工程とからなる中空成形品の成形方法であって、
前記加熱体は、線状のフィラメントと該フィラメントが挿入されている石英ガラス管とからなるハロゲンヒータまたはカーボンヒータから構成すると共に、所定長さの直線区間を複数箇所設け、該複数箇所の直線区間は互いに等間隔で平行にかつ同一平面内に配置されるように構成し、
前記射出成形工程は、前記接合端面が同一平面になるように前記半成形品を形成し、
前記溶融工程は、前記加熱体を前記接合端面とのクリアランスが維持されるように、かつ前記複数本の直線区間が掃くエリアが連続したエリアになるように揺動して前記接合端面を溶融することを特徴とする、中空成形品の製造方法。 - 請求項1に記載の製造方法において、前記加熱体は1本のハロゲンヒータまたは1本のカーボンヒータから一筆書き状に形成することを特徴とする中空成形品の製造方法。
- 第1、2の金型と、加熱体とからなり、
前記第1、2の金型は、第1の位置で型締されると同一平面からなる接合端面を有する第1、2の半成形品を成形するための第1、2のキャビティが構成され、前記第1、2の金型を相対的にスライドさせて第2の位置を採ると前記第1、2のキャビテイが互いに整合し、この位置で第1、2のキャビテイを所定の隙間で離間させたり型締されるようになっており、
前記加熱体は、線状のフィラメントと該フィラメントが挿入されている石英ガラス管とからなるハロゲンヒータまたはカーボンヒータから構成されていると共に、所定長さの直線区間が複数箇所設けられ、該複数箇所の直線区間は互いに等間隔で平行にかつ同一平面内に配置されており、
前記加熱体は、前記第2の位置を採って離間した状態の前記第1、2の金型の前記隙間に非接触的に挿入され、そして所定の揺動機構によって前記第1、2の金型とのクリアランスが維持されるように、かつ前記複数本の直線区間が掃くエリアが連続したエリアになるように揺動されるようになっていることを特徴とする、中空成形品の製造装置。 - 請求項3に記載の製造装置において、前記加熱体は1本のハロゲンヒータまたは1本のカーボンヒータから一筆書き状に形成されていることを特徴とする中空成形品の製造装置。
