Description
このため、発明者は、静電容量式タッチパネルの画像全体の均一性を向上させて当該タッチパネルの視覚効果を高めることが、静電容量式タッチスクリーンの製造技術における喫緊の課題であると認識している。
本発明は、基板と、第1の導電層と、第1の電気絶縁層と、第2の導電層と、第2の電気絶縁層とを備えたタッチパネルを提供する。前記基板は、実装面を有する。前記第1の導電層は、前記実装面の上に配置され、複数の第1電極を有する。前記第1の電気絶縁層は、前記実装面の上に配置され、前記第1の導電層との間にギャップが形成される。前記第2の導電層は、前記第1の電気絶縁層の上に配置され、前記複数の第1電極のそれぞれと交差する複数の第2電極を有する。前記第2の電気絶縁層は、前記第1の導電層及び前記第2の導電層の上に配置され、あらゆる前記複数の第1電極及びあらゆる前記複数の第2電極を被覆するとともに前記ギャップを埋める。前記第1の電気絶縁層及び前記第2の電気絶縁層は、異なる材料から構成される。

Claims (5)
- 実装面を有する基板と、
前記実装面の上に配置され、複数の第1電極を有する第1の導電層と、
前記実装面の上に配置され、前記第1の導電層との間にギャップが形成される第1の電気絶縁層と、
前記第1の電気絶縁層の上に配置され、前記複数の第1電極とそれぞれ交差する複数の第2電極を有する第2の導電層と、
前記第1の導電層及び前記第2の導電層の上に配置され、あらゆる前記複数の第1電極及びあらゆる前記複数の第2電極を被覆するとともに前記ギャップを埋める第2の電気絶縁層と、
を備え、
前記第1の電気絶縁層及び前記第2の電気絶縁層は、互いに異なる材料から構成されることを特徴とするタッチパネル。 - 前記複数の第1電極は、互いに分離しつつ、第1の方向に配置され、
前記複数の第2電極は、互いに分離しつつ、前記第1の方向との間に所定の内角をなす第2の方向に配置される
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のタッチパネル。 - 前記基板は、ガラスから構成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のタッチパネル。
- 前記第1の導電層及び前記第2の導電層は、インジウムスズ酸化物(ITO)から構成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のタッチパネル。
- 前記第1の電気絶縁層及び前記第2の電気絶縁層は、電気絶縁フォトレジスト材料から構成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のタッチパネル。
