Description

Claims (17)
- 減圧によって組織部位を治療するシステムにおいて、前記システムが:
前記組織部位に近接して配置されるドレッシングであって、前記組織部位に近接して配置されるインターフェース分配マニホールドと、ドレッシングシール部材と、減圧インターフェースとを含むドレッシングと;
前記ドレッシングに流体的に結合されたポンプであって、
RFIDアンテナ、
前記RFIDアンテナに結合された第1のプロセッサ、
前記第1のプロセッサに結合されてそこから電力を受信しかつ減圧を発生させるマイクロポンプ装置、
第1のポンプシール部材および第2のポンプシール部材であって、少なくとも部分的に結合して、前記マイクロポンプ装置が配置されるポンプ用パウチを形成する第1のポンプシール部材および第2のポンプシール部材、および
前記マイクロポンプ装置に流体的に結合された液溜め
を含むポンプと;
RFIDリーダを有するベースユニットと;
を含み、
前記RFIDリーダが、前記RFIDアンテナに電力をもたらし、前記マイクロポンプ装置に電力供給を行うように構成されることを特徴とする、システム。 - 請求項1に記載のシステムにおいて、前記ポンプには、前記RFIDアンテナ以外の動力源が設置されていないことを特徴とする、システム。
- 請求項1に記載のシステムにおいて、前記ポンプが、前記ドレッシングおよび前記第1のプロセッサに流体的に結合されて前記組織部位における圧力を感知する圧力感知装置をさらに含むことを特徴とする、システム。
- 請求項1に記載のシステムにおいて、
前記ポンプが、前記第1のプロセッサに結合された圧力感知装置をさらに含み、
前記ベースユニットが、前記RFIDリーダに結合された第2のプロセッサを含み、および
前記第2のプロセッサおよび前記RFIDリーダが、前記ポンプの前記第1のプロセッサに圧力問合せ信号を送信しかつそれに応答して前記第1のプロセッサから圧力メッセージ信号を受信するように構成されることを特徴とする、システム。 - 請求項1に記載のシステムにおいて、
前記ポンプが、前記第1のプロセッサに結合された圧力感知装置をさらに含み、
前記ベースユニットが、前記RFIDリーダに結合された第2のプロセッサを含み、
前記第2のプロセッサおよび前記RFIDリーダが、前記ポンプの前記第1のプロセッサに圧力問合せ信号を送信しかつそれに応答して前記第1のプロセッサから圧力メッセージ信号を受信するように構成され、
前記第1のプロセッサおよび前記圧力感知装置が、前記圧力問合せ信号に応答して前記圧力メッセージ信号を準備するように構成され、
前記第1のプロセッサおよび前記RFIDアンテナが、前記圧力メッセージ信号を送信するように構成され、および
前記第2のプロセッサが、前記圧力メッセージ信号を受信し、制御信号を準備するように構成され、および前記第2のプロセッサおよび前記RFIDリーダが、前記ポンプに前記制御信号を送信して、前記マイクロポンプ装置を作動または動作停止させるように構成されていることを特徴とする、システム。 - 請求項1に記載のシステムにおいて、
前記ポンプが、前記第1のプロセッサに結合された圧力感知装置をさらに含み、
前記圧力感知装置が、圧力メッセージ信号を生成するように動作可能であり、および
前記第1のプロセッサが、前記圧力メッセージ信号を受信しかつ制御信号を生成して前記マイクロポンプ装置を作動させるまたはその動作を停止させるように動作可能であることを特徴とする、システム。 - 請求項1に記載のシステムにおいて、
前記ドレッシングおよび前記第1のプロセッサに流体的に結合されて前記組織部位における圧力を感知する圧力感知装置と;
第1の分配マニホールドと、
吸収層と、
ダイバータ層と
をさらに含み、
前記第1の分配マニホールド、前記吸収層、および前記ダイバータ層が、前記ポンプ用パウチ内に配置され;
前記マイクロポンプ装置が圧電ポンプを含むことを特徴とする、システム。 - 組織部位を治療する減圧システムの製造方法において、前記方法が:
前記組織部位に近接して配置されるドレッシングを提供するステップであって、前記ドレッシングが、前記組織部位に近接して配置されるインターフェース分配マニホールドと、ドレッシングシール部材と、減圧インターフェースとを含む、ステップと;
ポンプを提供するステップであって、前記ポンプが:
RFIDアンテナ、
前記RFIDアンテナに結合された第1のプロセッサ、
前記第1のプロセッサに結合されてそこから電力を受信しかつ減圧を発生させるマイクロポンプ装置、
第1のポンプシール部材および第2のポンプシール部材であって、少なくとも部分的に結合して、前記マイクロポンプ装置が配置されるポンプ用パウチを形成する第1のポンプシール部材および第2のポンプシール部材、および
前記マイクロポンプ装置に流体的に結合された液溜め
を含むステップと;
RFIDリーダを有するベースユニットを提供するステップと
を含み、
前記RFIDリーダが、前記RFIDアンテナに電力をもたらし、前記マイクロポンプ装置に電力供給を行うように構成されていることを特徴とする、方法。 - 請求項8に記載の製造方法において、前記ポンプを前記ドレッシングに流体的に結合する減圧導管を設けるステップをさらに含むことを特徴とする、方法。
- 請求項8に記載の製造方法において、圧力感知装置を提供するステップと、前記圧力感知装置を前記ドレッシングに結合するステップとをさらに含むことを特徴とする、方法。
- ポンプにおいて、
RFIDアンテナと;
前記RFIDアンテナに結合された第1のプロセッサと;
前記第1のプロセッサに結合されてそこから電力を受信しかつ減圧を発生させるマイクロポンプ装置と;
第1のポンプシール部材および第2のポンプシール部材であって、少なくとも部分的に結合して、前記マイクロポンプ装置が配置されるポンプ用パウチを形成する第1のポンプシール部材および第2のポンプシール部材と
を含み、
当該ポンプが、ドレッシングに流体的に結合されており、前記ドレッシングが、組織部位に近接して配置されるインターフェース分配マニホールドと、ドレッシングシール部材と、減圧インターフェースとを含むものであることを特徴とする、ポンプ。 - 請求項11に記載のポンプにおいて、前記マイクロポンプ装置に流体的に結合された液溜めをさらに含むことを特徴とする、ポンプ。
- 請求項11または12に記載のポンプにおいて、前記RFIDアンテナ以外の動力源が設置されていないことを特徴とする、ポンプ。
- 請求項11に記載のポンプにおいて、前記ドレッシングおよび前記第1のプロセッサに流体的に結合されて前記組織部位における圧力を感知する圧力感知装置をさらに含むことを特徴とする、ポンプ。
- 請求項11に記載のポンプにおいて、
前記ポンプが、前記第1のプロセッサに結合された圧力感知装置をさらに含み;
RFIDリーダに結合された第2のプロセッサを含むベースユニットをさらに含み;および
前記第2のプロセッサおよび前記RFIDリーダが、前記ポンプの前記第1のプロセッサに圧力問合せ信号を送信しかつそれに応答して前記第1のプロセッサから圧力メッセージ信号を受信するように構成されていることを特徴とする、ポンプ。 - 請求項11に記載のポンプにおいて、
前記ポンプが、前記第1のプロセッサに結合された圧力感知装置をさらに含み、
RFIDリーダに結合された第2のプロセッサを含むベースユニットをさらに含み、
前記第2のプロセッサおよび前記RFIDリーダが、前記ポンプの前記第1のプロセッサに圧力問合せ信号を送信しかつそれに応答して前記第1のプロセッサから圧力メッセージ信号を受信するように構成され、
前記第1のプロセッサおよび前記圧力感知装置が、前記圧力問合せ信号に応答して前記圧力メッセージ信号を準備するように構成され、
前記第1のプロセッサおよび前記RFIDアンテナが、前記圧力メッセージ信号を送信するように構成され、および
前記第2のプロセッサが、前記圧力メッセージ信号を受信し、制御信号を準備するように構成され、および前記第2のプロセッサおよび前記RFIDリーダが、前記RFIDアンテナに前記制御信号を送信して、前記マイクロポンプ装置を作動または動作停止させるように構成されていることを特徴とする、ポンプ。 - 請求項11に記載のポンプにおいて、
前記ポンプが、前記第1のプロセッサに結合された圧力感知装置をさらに含み、
前記圧力感知装置が、圧力メッセージ信号を生成するように動作可能であり、および
前記第1のプロセッサが、前記圧力メッセージ信号を受信しかつ制御信号を生成して、前記マイクロポンプ装置を作動させるまたはその動作を停止させるように動作可能であることを特徴とする、ポンプ。
