(a)イソシアネート化合物を含まず、前記ポリオール化合物(A)を含むポリオール成分と、
(b)ポリオール化合物を含まず、前記イソシアネート化合物(B)を含むイソシアネート成分と、

前記イソシアネート化合物(B)が芳香族ジイソシアネート又はポリイソシアネートを有すること、

前記フェノール樹脂が、酸性媒体中で遷移金属の触媒、特に亜鉛触媒の存在下、フェノール化合物とアルデヒド化合物との反応によって得られること、

前記触媒が亜鉛化合物、特に酢酸亜鉛二水和物であること、

前記アルデヒド化合物が下記に示す構造を有するアルデヒドであり、

8〜70重量%、特に10〜62重量%のポリオール化合物、特にフェノール樹脂又はフェノール樹脂反応生成物と、

2〜57重量%、特に3〜53重量%の溶媒と、を含有すること、
を特徴とする付記1乃至13のいずれか一項に記載のバインダー。
[付記15]
前記バインダー中の前記成分(a)及び前記成分(b)の重量含有率が0.8〜1.2:1.2〜0.8であること、
を特徴とする付記2に記載のバインダー。
[付記16]
(A)分子あたり少なくとも2つの水酸基を有する1又は複数のポリオール化合物と、
(B)分子あたり少なくとも2つのイソシアネート基を有し、分子あたり少なくとも2つのイソシアネート基を有するイソシアネート化合物を含有し、分子あたり少なくとも1のウレトンイミン基及び/又はカルボジイミド基を更に有する、1又は複数のイソシアネート化合物と、
(C)耐火性モールド基材と、
をバインダーとして含有することを特徴とするモールド材混合物。

前記バインダーが、付記1乃至15によってさらに特徴づけられること、
を特徴とする付記16に記載のモールド材混合物。
[付記18]
前記耐火性モールド基材が、カンラン石、シャモット、ボーキサイト、アルミニウムケイ酸塩中空球、ガラスビーズ、粉末ガラス、合成セラミックモールド基材、及び/又は、特にケイ砂又はジルコンサンド又はクロム鉱の形のシリカ、から選択されること、
を特徴とする付記16又は17に記載のモールド材混合物。
[付記19]
(i)(A)分子あたり少なくとも2つの水酸基を有する1又は複数のポリオール化合物と、
(B)分子あたり少なくとも2つのイソシアネート基を有し、分子あたり少なくとも2つのイソシアネート基を有するイソシアネート化合物を含有し、分子あたり少なくとも1つのウレトンイミン基及び/又はカルボジイミド基を更に有する1又は複数のイソシアネート化合物と、
を有するバインダーに、耐火性モールド基材を混合し、前記混合における耐火性モールド基材に対して、0.2〜5重量%、好適には0.3〜4重量%、特に好適には0.4〜3重量%のバインダー量として、モールド材混合物を得る工程と、
(ii)前記モールド材混合物又は前記モールド材混合物の成分を造型装置に充填する工程と、
(iii)前記造型装置内で前記モールド材混合物を硬化し、一体成形の鋳型を得る工程と、
(iv)硬化した前記鋳型を前記装置より分離し、所望によりさらなる硬化を行い、硬化した造形体を得る工程と、を有すること、
を特徴とする鋳造用鋳型部品又は中子としての造形体の製造方法。
[付記20]
硬化において、ジメチルエチルアミン、ジメチル‐n−プロピルアミン、ジメチルイソプロピルアミン、ジメチル−n−ブチルアミン、トリエチルアミン、トリメチルアミン、又は前記アミンの混合物を、それぞれ気体又はエアロゾルの形で用いること、
を特徴とする付記19に記載の方法。
[付記21]
硬化において、液状触媒、特にフェニルプロピルピリジンが用いられること、
を特徴とする付記19に記載の方法。
[付記22]
前記バインダーがさらに付記1乃至15のいずれか一項によって特徴づけられること、
を特徴とする付記19に記載の方法。
Claims (22)
- (A)分子あたり少なくとも2つの水酸基を有し、ポリオール化合物として少なくとも1つのフェノール樹脂を含有する1又は複数のポリオール化合物と、
(B)分子あたり少なくとも2つのイソシアネート基を有する1又は複数のイソシアネート化合物であって、
そのうちの少なくとも1つのイソシアネート化合物は、少なくともジフェニルメタンジイソシアネートを反応させることにより得られ、分子あたり少なくとも2つのイソシアネート基と、更に分子あたり少なくとも1つのウレトンイミン基若しくはカルボジイミド基又はその両方と、を有する、
1又は複数のイソシアネート化合物と、
を有する、モールド材混合物のためのバインダー。 - (a)イソシアネート化合物を含まず、前記ポリオール化合物(A)を含むポリオール成分と、
(b)ポリオール化合物を含まず、前記イソシアネート化合物(B)を含むイソシアネート成分と、
を含み、2又はそれ以上の成分系の形をとること、
を特徴とする請求項1に記載のバインダー。 - さらなる成分として溶媒、可塑剤及び/又は添加剤を含むこと、
を特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のバインダー。 - 前記成分(a)又は前記成分(b)の少なくとも1つが溶媒を含むこと、
を特徴とする請求項2又は3に記載のバインダー。 - 前記イソシアネート成分が少なくとも:
少なくともジフェニルメタンジイソシアネートを反応させることにより得られ、分子あたり少なくとも2つのイソシアネート基と、更に分子あたり少なくとも1つのウレトンイミン基若しくはカルボジイミド基又はその両方と、を有するイソシアネート化合物を、1.0重量%〜35重量%含むこと、
を特徴とする請求項2乃至4のいずれか一項に記載のバインダー。 - 前記イソシアネート成分が最大40重量%の溶媒を含む、又は溶媒を含まないこと、
を特徴とする請求項2乃至5のいずれか一項に記載のバインダー。 - 2〜5個のイソシアネート基を有する1又は複数のイソシアネート化合物をさらに含み、ウレトンイミン基若しくはカルボジイミド基又はその両方を有しないこと、
を特徴とする請求項1乃至6のいずれか一項に記載のバインダー。 - 前記ジフェニルメタンジイソシアネートは4,4’−ジフェニルメタンジイソシアネートであること、
を特徴とする請求項1乃至7のいずれか一項に記載のバインダー。 - 前記フェノール樹脂が、酸性媒体中で遷移金属の触媒の存在下、フェノール化合物とアルデヒド化合物との反応によって得られること、
を特徴とする請求項1乃至8のいずれか一項に記載のバインダー。 - 前記触媒が亜鉛化合物であること、
を特徴とする請求項9に記載のバインダー。 - 前記フェノール樹脂がベンジルエーテル樹脂であること、
を特徴とする請求項1乃至10のいずれか一項に記載のバインダー。 - 前記フェノール化合物が、フェノール、o−クレゾール、p−クレゾール、ビスフェノールA又はカルダノールから成る群より選択される1または複数の化合物であること、
を特徴とする請求項9に記載のバインダー。 - 前記アルデヒド化合物が下記に示す構造を有するアルデヒドであり、
下記の置換基Rは水素原子又は炭素数1〜8の炭素鎖であること、
を特徴とする請求項9に記載のバインダー。

8〜70重量%のポリオール化合物又はフェノール樹脂反応生成物と、
13〜78重量%のイソシアネート化合物又はイソシアネート化合物の反応生成物と、
2〜57重量%の溶媒と、を含有すること、
を特徴とする請求項1乃至13のいずれか一項に記載のバインダー。 - 前記バインダー中の前記成分(a)及び前記成分(b)の重量含有率が0.8〜1.2:1.2〜0.8であること、
を特徴とする請求項2に記載のバインダー。 - (A)分子あたり少なくとも2つの水酸基を有する1又は複数のポリオール化合物と、
(B)分子あたり少なくとも2つのイソシアネート基を有する1又は複数のイソシアネート化合物であって、
そのうちの少なくとも1つのイソシアネート化合物は、少なくともジフェニルメタンジイソシアネートを反応させることにより得られ、分子あたり少なくとも2つのイソシアネート基と、更に分子あたり少なくとも1つのウレトンイミン基若しくはカルボジイミド基又はその両方と、を有する、
1又は複数のイソシアネート化合物と、
(C)耐火性モールド基材と、
をバインダーとして含有することを特徴とするモールド材混合物。 - 前記バインダーが、請求項1乃至15のいずれか一項によってさらに特徴づけられること、
を特徴とする請求項16に記載のモールド材混合物。 - 前記耐火性モールド基材が、カンラン石、シャモット、ボーキサイト、アルミニウムケイ酸塩中空球、ガラスビーズ、粉末ガラス、合成セラミックモールド基材、及び/又は、シリカ、ジルコンサンド又はクロム鉱、から選択されること、
を特徴とする請求項16又は17に記載のモールド材混合物。 - (i)(A)分子あたり少なくとも2つの水酸基を有する1又は複数のポリオール化合物と、
(B)分子あたり少なくとも2つのイソシアネート基を有する1又は複数のイソシアネート化合物であって、
そのうちの少なくとも1つのイソシアネート化合物は、少なくともジフェニルメタンジイソシアネートを反応させることにより得られ、分子あたり少なくとも2つのイソシアネート基と、更に分子あたり少なくとも1つのウレトンイミン基若しくはカルボジイミド基又はその両方と、を有する、
1又は複数のイソシアネート化合物と、
を有するバインダーに、耐火性モールド基材を混合し、前記混合における耐火性モールド基材に対して、0.2〜5重量%のバインダー量として、モールド材混合物を得る工程と、
(ii)前記モールド材混合物又は前記モールド材混合物の成分を造型装置に充填する工程と、
(iii)前記造型装置内で前記モールド材混合物を硬化し、一体成形の鋳型を得る工程と、
(iv)硬化した前記鋳型を前記装置より分離し、硬化した造形体を得る工程と、を有すること、
を特徴とする鋳造用鋳型部品又は中子としての造形体の製造方法。 - 硬化において、ジメチルエチルアミン、ジメチル‐n−プロピルアミン、ジメチルイソプロピルアミン、ジメチル−n−ブチルアミン、トリエチルアミン、トリメチルアミン、又は前記アミンの混合物を、それぞれ気体又はエアロゾルの形で用いること、
を特徴とする請求項19に記載の方法。 - フェニルプロピルピリジンが硬化のための液体触媒として用いられること、
を特徴とする請求項19に記載の方法。 - 前記バインダーがさらに請求項1乃至15のいずれか一項によって特徴づけられること、
