Description
式:R−CHO
市販の、芳香族溶媒を含まないコールドボックスバインダー、成分1、Ecocure300WM10(ASKケミカルズGmbH)0.8重量部と、表1に記載のイソシアネート溶液1.1、1.2及び1.5それぞれ0.8重量部と、100重量部のケイ砂H32(Quartzwerke Frechen GmbH)とを、Vogel&Schemmann社の実験室用混合機で十分に混合した。
この試験をイソシアネート溶液1.3、1.4、1.6、1.7及び1.8を用いて繰り返した。結果を表3にまとめた。
この試験を市販の芳香族溶媒を含むコールドボックスバインダー、成分1、Askocure 366(ASKケミカルズ)を用いて繰り返した。結果を表4にまとめた。
Claims (20)
- (A)フェノール化合物とアルデヒド化合物との化学反応によって得られるフェノール樹脂をポリオール成分として含有する少なくとも1のフェノール樹脂成分と、
(B)分子あたり最低2つのNCO基を有する少なくとも1のポリイソシアネートを含有する少なくとも1のイソシアネート成分と、
(C)沸点が250℃より高い少なくとも1のアルキルベンゼンと、
(D)沸点が270℃より高い少なくとも1のジアルキルナフタレンと、を含有する、
モールド材混合物のためのバインダー。 - 前記少なくとも1つのアルキルベンゼンのアルキル置換基の炭素数が8〜20であり、
前記少なくとも1つのジアルキルナフタレンの置換基は、炭素数がそれぞれ互いに独立して2〜10であり、飽和であること、
を特徴とする請求項1に記載のバインダー。 - 前記アルキルベンゼンが、炭素数8〜20の飽和アルキル鎖を有するモノアルキルベンゼンであること、
を特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のバインダー。 - ジアルキルナフタレンの、アルキル置換基毎のそれぞれの炭素数が相互に独立に2〜6であること、
を特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載のバインダー。 - 前記アルキルベンゼンと前記ジアルキルナフタレンとの重量比が互いに95:5〜5:95であること、
を特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載のバインダー。 - 当該バインダー中の前記アルキルベンゼン及び前記ジアルキルナフタレンの合計の含有率が1〜25重量%であること、
を特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれか一項に記載のバインダー。 - 前記ポリイソシアネートが芳香族ポリイソシアネートであること、
を特徴とする請求項1に記載のバインダー。 - 前記フェノール樹脂がベンジルエーテル樹脂であること、
を特徴とする請求項1に記載のバインダー。 - 前記フェノール樹脂が、オルト−オルトベンジルエーテル樹脂であること、
を特徴とする請求項1に記載のバインダー。 - 前記フェノール化合物として、フェノール、o−クレゾール、p−クレゾール、ビスフェノールA、カルダノールから成る群から1又は複数が選択されること、
を特徴とする請求項1に記載のバインダー。 - 前記アルデヒド化合物が下記式に示す構造を有し、
下記式の置換基Rは水素原子又は炭素数1〜8の炭素ラジカルであること、
を特徴とする請求項1に記載のバインダー。
式:R−CHO - 前記バインダーが、以下の成分(A)〜(C)、
(A)15〜35重量%のフェノール樹脂、
(B)25〜45重量%のポリイソシアネート、
(C)+(D)1〜25重量%のアルキルベンゼンと少なくとも1のジアルキルナフタレンと、
を共に含有することを特徴とする請求項1乃至11のいずれか一項に記載のバインダー。 - さらなる溶媒として、さらなる芳香族炭化水素、又は酸素リッチな極性有機溶媒、又はその両方が用いられ、
前記酸素リッチな極性有機溶媒は、ジカルボン酸エステル、グリコールエーテルエステル、グリコールジエステル、グリコールジエーテル、環状ケトン、環状エステル(ラクトン)、環状炭酸、又はケイ酸エステルの群のうち1つ又は複数から選択されること、
を特徴とする請求項1乃至12のいずれか一項に記載のバインダー。 - さらなる溶媒として、1〜30重量%の前記酸素リッチな極性有機溶媒が用いられること、
を特徴とする請求項13に記載のバインダー。 - 前記バインダーが多成分系であり、少なくとも1つの成分が前記成分(A)であり、少なくとも1つのさらなる成分が前記成分(B)であり、前記少なくとも1のアルキルベンゼン、又は前記少なくとも1のジアルキルナフタレン、又はその両方が、それぞれ独立に前記成分(A)、又は前記成分(B)の成分、又は両方の成分であること、
を特徴とする請求項1乃至14のいずれか一項に記載のバインダー。 - a)前記アルキルベンゼンの沸点が260℃より高く、
b)また独立に前記ジアルキルナフタレンの沸点が270℃より高いこと、
を特徴とする請求項1乃至15のいずれか一項に記載のバインダー。 - 請求項1乃至16のいずれか一項に記載のバインダーと耐火性のモールド材とを含有し、
前記モールド材はケイ砂、ジルコンサンド、クロムサンド、カンラン石、シャモット、ボーキサイト、アルミニウムケイ酸塩中空球、ガラスビーズ、粉末ガラス及び/又は合成セラミックモールド基材の形の二酸化ケイ素を含有する、又はそれらから成ること、
を特徴とするモールド材混合物。 - (a)耐火材と、請求項1乃至16のいずれか一項に記載のバインダーとを、前記耐火材に対して0.2〜5重量%の含有率で混合し、鋳造用混合物を得る工程と、
(b)前記鋳造用混合物を成形型に充填する工程と、
(c)前記成形型内で前記鋳造用混合物を硬化し、自立型の鋳型を得る工程と、
(d)硬化した前記鋳造用混合物を前記成形型より取出し、所望により硬化を行い、固体の、硬化した鋳造用鋳型部品を得る工程と、
を備える、鋳造用鋳型部品又は中子の製造方法。 - 前記硬化する工程において、ジメチルエチルアミン、ジメチル−n−プロピルアミン、ジメチルイソプロピルアミン、ジメチル−n−ブチルアミン、トリエチルアミン及び/又はトリメチルアミンがそれぞれ気体又はエアロゾルの形で用いられること、
を特徴とする請求項18に記載の方法。 - 前記硬化する工程において、フェニルプロピルピリジンが液状触媒として用いられること、
を特徴とする請求項18に記載の方法。
