(態様24) 繊維強化全複合材部分、全金属部分および複合材部分を金属部分に接続する混成の複合材と金属のフィンガージョイントを含むレイアップを形成する工程であって、チタン金属シートと縁部同士が接している状態で複数の複合樹脂プライを配置することにより、層において複合材から金属への遷移点を形成することにより、層の各々が形成される、複数の層をレイアップすることを含むレイアップを形成する工程、
金属シート間に接着剤の層を配置して、金属部分を一体化する工程、
層における遷移点を互いに対して互い違いにすることにより、複合材部分と金属部分との間にジョイントを形成する工程、

Claims (9)
- 第1の積み重ねである、繊維強化樹脂プライの積層された積み重ね、および、
第2の積み重ねである、金属シートの積み重ねであって、複合材料金属フィンガージョイントを形成するように構成され、該フィンガージョイントは前記第1の積み重ねを前記第2の積み重ねに接続する、第2の積み重ねからなる複合構造物であって、

請求項1に記載の複合構造物。 - 前記層の各々における繊維強化樹脂プライの第1の厚さが、前記層における前記第1の金属シートの第2の厚さと概ね等しい、請求項2に記載の複合構造物。
- 前記層の各々における前記繊維強化樹脂プライのおよび前記第1の金属シートの前記少なくとも一つが、前記層のそれぞれにおいて樹脂から金属への遷移点を形成する実質的に接している縁部を有する、
請求項2に記載の複合構造物。 - 前記各層のそれぞれにおける前記遷移点が、互いに対して互い違いになっている、請求項4に記載の複合構造物。
- 前記層が、前記第1の積層された繊維強化樹脂プライの積み重ねと前記第2の金属シートの積み重ねとの間に繊維強化樹脂と金属のフィンガージョイントを形成している、請求項2に記載の複合構造物。
- 前記金属シートがチタン合金からなり、前記繊維強化樹脂プライが炭素繊維強化エポキシを有する、請求項1に記載の複合構造物。
- MEMSセンサ、圧電センサ及びトランスジューサのうち少なくとも一つをさらに有する、請求項1に記載の複合構造物。
- 複合構造物であって、
第1の積み重ねである、繊維強化樹脂プライの積層された積み重ねと、
金属シート及び各隣接した金属シート間の接着層からなる第2の積み重ねであって、複合材料金属ジョイントを形成するように構成され、該ジョイントは前記第1の積み重ねを前記第2の積み重ねに接続し、各金属シートが、チタンシート、チタン合金シートのうちの少なくとも一つからなり、前記第2の積み重ねにおける各金属シートの終端が、前記第1の積み重ねにおける多重積層繊維強化樹脂プライの終端と接触し、前記第2の積み重ねによって導波路が構成され、該導波路は該複合構造物の接合の質の非破壊評価を容易にするように構成された第2の積み重ねと、
超音波を受信するように構成されたセンサとを有する、複合構造物。
