Claims (8)
- 外形成形された断面を有する複合構造体を製造する方法であって、
プライスタックをアセンブルすることであって、当該アセンブルすることは、
複数のフルプライを配置することと、
前記プライスタックの中央領域において、前記フルプライを留め合せることと、
前記プライスタックの周辺領域に、少なくとも一つの部分プライを配置することと、
前記プライスタックの周辺領域において、前記少なくとも一つの部分プライの各々を、前記フルプライのうちの一つのみに留めることと、を含む、アセンブルすることと、
前記プライスタックを外形成形された形状に成形することと、を含む方法。 - 前記フルプライを留めることは、スタックのフルプライの全層を通して行われる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記プライスタックをアセンブルすることはさらに、
前記プライスタックの周辺領域に、複数の前記部分プライを配置することと、
前記プライスタックの周辺領域において、前記部分プライを隣接する前記フルプライのうちの一つに留めることと、を含む、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。 - 前記部分プライを配置することは、前記フルプライの少なくとも一つのエッジに沿って、前記部分プライを互いに相対的にオフセットさせることを含む、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記部分プライを留めることは、前記部分プライと前記フルプライの間で前記タックを互いに相対的にオフセットさせることを含む、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記プライスタックをアセンブルすることは、
前記プライスタックの周辺領域に、複数の前記部分プライを配置することと、
前記プライスタックの周辺領域において、少なくとも2つの前記部分プライを、前記フルプライのうちの一つに留めることと、を含む、請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 - 前記プライスタックの周辺領域において、前記少なくとも2つの部分プライが、前記フルプライのうちの一つの両側にそれぞれ留められる、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記プライスタックをアセンブルすることは、
前記プライスタックの周辺領域おいて、複数の部分プライを前記フルプライの間に配置することと、
前記プライスタックの周辺領域おいて、異なる数の前記部分プライを、前記フルプライのうちの二つの各々にそれぞれ留めることと、を含む、請求項6に記載の方法。
