本发明是一种复合材料迭层板,特指一种超级复合材料迭层板。 
背景技术
实用新型200920141580金属复合夹层板,以及其它复合迭层板,虽然它们的强度较高,重量较轻,但它们都难以做成超大面积或超厚的大型物体。 
发明内容
本发明是一种可做大型物体的超级复合材料迭层板。 
其技术方案是,由多层不同材料的(多孔)板材,错缝交叉重迭成大尺寸的超级复合材料迭层板,其优点是,可做大型多体舰船的超大甲板,军民两用的不沉船壳,超长浮桥,水上建筑的大尺寸浮箱,重负荷机翼。甚至可做流线型单壳体潜水艇,楔形大跨度厂房顶,无箱梁的高架桥面等大型物体。其进一步的改进是,用胶粘剂联接各迭层板时,加用膨胀销钉或平头铆钉等紧固件,既方便施工又能提高超级复合材料迭层板抗损坏的性能。 
具体实施方案
本发明的超级复合材料迭层板,由不同材料的(多孔)板材,逐层粘接加钉固以错缝重迭各板材成大尺寸的超级复合材料迭层 板,或做成大型物体。例如:三体舰船要求重量尽可能轻,又有足够强度的超大甲板,即可用SiO2气凝胶薄板+铝合金蜂窝板+硬质泡沫酚醛塑料厚板+钢纤维增强铝合金板+SiO2气凝胶板=复合材料大尺寸芯板,其整个表面再用碳纤增强环氧树脂缠绕成玻璃钢内蒙皮,再加上镀铟高强度钢的外蒙皮,即成三体舰船用超大甲板。 
现代新型潜水艇多采用隐蔽性好的单壳体结构做耐压艇体,但其浮力较双壳体结构的潜水艇小,如用超级复合材料迭层板做单壳体结构的潜水艇,就具有两者的优点,即在复合迭层板做的艇体框架上,先铺一层约10mm厚的高强度钢板作内壁,其上再胶粘一层铁氧体硬质泡沫陶瓷片→玻璃钢蜂窝板→SiO2气凝胶板→最后用碳纤维或玻璃布增强环氧树脂缠绕成整体外壳。当然,各层芯板之间应错缝重迭,逐层粘固+铆钉和膨胀销等钉固。

1.一种超级复合材料迭层板,由不同材料的(多孔)板材重迭成,其特征是:各板材之间错缝交叉重迭成大尺寸超级复合材料迭层板或大型物体。
2.如权利要求1所述的超级复合材料迭层板,其特征是:用胶粘剂加紧固件联接各层板材。
