Description
本実施の形態では、本発明の一態様の発光装置について図1乃至図5を用いて説明する。
本実施の形態では、実施の形態1に示す発光装置の作製方法の一例について図6を用いて説明する。
本実施の形態では、本発明の一態様の発光装置に用いるEL層の一例について図7を用いて説明する。本実施の形態で説明するEL層は、実施の形態1で示したEL層129(図3(A)、図4(A)参照)、及びEL層229(図3(B)、図4(B)参照)に適用することができる。
本実施の形態では、本発明の一態様の発光装置に用いるEL層の一例について図8を用いて説明する。本実施の形態で説明するEL層は、実施の形態1で示したEL層129(図3(A)、図4(A)参照)、及びEL層229(図3(B)、図4(B)参照)に適用することができる。本実施の形態で説明するEL層は、複数の発光ユニットを積層した構成である。
本実施の形態では、発光表示パネル(発光パネルともいう)の外観及び断面について、図9を用いて説明する。図9(A)は、第1の基板上に形成されたトランジスタ及び発光素子を、第2の基板との間にシール材によって封止した、パネルの平面図であり、図9(B)は、図9(A)のH−Iにおける断面図に相当する。
本実施の形態では、上記実施の形態に示す本発明の一態様の発光装置をその一部に含む電子機器について説明する。電子機器としては、ビデオカメラ、デジタルカメラ等のカメラ、ゴーグル型ディスプレイ、ナビゲーションシステム、音響再生装置(カーオーディオ、オーディオコンポ等)、コンピュータ、ゲーム機器、携帯情報端末(モバイルコンピュータ、携帯電話、携帯型ゲーム機又は電子書籍等)、記録媒体を備えた画像再生装置(具体的には、Digital Versatile Disc(DVD)等の記録媒体を再生し、その画像を表示しうる表示装置を備えた装置)などが挙げられる。これらの電子機器の具体例を図10に示す。

前記第2の導電層は、前記トランジスタのソース電極又はドレイン電極となる領域を有し、
前記第2の導電層は、前記酸化物半導体層と電気的に接続され、
前記カラーフィルタ層は、前記第2の導電層上方に設けられ、
前記第1の絶縁層は、前記カラーフィルタ層上方に設けられ、
前記第3の導電層は、画素電極となる領域を有し、
前記第3の導電層は、前記第1の絶縁層上方に設けられ、
