Description
粉末は、約0.04〜0.07gを精秤して、それぞれ試料管に封入した。この試料管を真空乾燥器で90℃×数時間予備乾燥し、測定に供した。秤量には、島津製作所株式会社製電子天秤(AW220)を用いた。なお、塗布シートについては、これの全質量から、同面積のテフロン(登録商標)(基材)質量を差し引いた塗布層の正味の質量約0.03〜0.04gを試料質量として用いた。
測定装置:日本ベル株式会社製高精度全自動ガス吸着装置 BELSORP36
吸着ガス:N2
死容積測定ガス:He
吸着温度:77K(液体窒素温度)
測定前処理:90℃真空乾燥数時間(Heパージ後測定ステージにセット)
測定モード 等温での吸着過程および脱着過程
測定相対圧P/P0 約0〜0.99
平衡設定時間 1相対圧につき180sec
吸着・脱着等温線の吸着側において、相対圧(P/P0)約0.00〜0.45の範囲から、BETプロットを作成することで、その傾きと切片からBET比表面積を算出する。また、ここで得られる情報に基づきポアの径と容積の関係も同時に得られる。細孔径分布の解析はDH法により行った。
Claims (3)
- ポアを有する導電性担体と、
前記導電性担体のポアに白金合金が担持される触媒と、
を含み、
前記導電性担体は、ポア直径と容積との関係をプロットしたときに、ポア直径2〜6nmの範囲におけるピーク値が1cm3/gを越え、かつBET比表面積が1300m2/gを超え、
前記白金合金は、直径2〜6nmのポアの内部に担持される、
燃料電池用カソード電極。 - 請求項1に記載の燃料電池用カソード電極において、
前記導電性担体は、ラマン分光法による、1340cm-1付近(Dバンド)および1580cm-1付近(Gバンド)ピークの強度比R値(=D/G)が0.7よりも大きく、1.8よりも小さい、
燃料電池用カソード電極。 - 請求項1又は請求項2に記載の燃料電池用カソード電極において、
前記導電性担体は、ポア直径と容積との関係をプロットしたときにポア直径2〜6nmの範囲におけるピーク値の、前記白金合金を担持する前に対する触媒を担持した後の低下率が、1割以上5割以下である、
燃料電池用カソード電極。
