Claims (8)
- フレーム取付部が設けられた一対の横桟間に設置される太陽電池モジュールであって、
矩形状の太陽電池パネルと、
前記太陽電池パネルの上辺に取り付けられ前記フレーム取付部の上面部に載置される上フランジを有する上辺フレームと、
前記太陽電池パネルの下辺に取り付けられ、軒側に延びる上下フランジを有し、軒側に配置された太陽電池モジュールの前記上辺フレームの上フランジを前記取付部において前記上下フランジで挟み込む下辺フレームと、
を備える太陽電池モジュール。 - 前記下辺フレームの上下フランジ間の間隔は、前記上辺フレームの上フランジを前記取付部において前記上下フランジで挟み込んだ際にしまりばめを構成する寸法にされている、
請求項1に記載の太陽電池モジュール。 - 前記上辺フレームの上フランジの先端に上方部に延びる突起が形成され、前記下フレームの上フランジの先端に下方部に延びる突起が形成されている、
請求項1または請求項2に記載の太陽電池モジュール。 - 建物の屋根上に設置される太陽光発電装置であって、
フレーム取付部が設けられた横桟と、
矩形状の太陽電池パネルと、前記太陽電池パネルの上辺に取り付けられ前記フレーム取付部の上面部に載置される上フランジを有する上辺フレームと、前記太陽電池パネルの下辺に取り付けられ、軒側に延びる上下フランジを有する下辺フレームと、を備える太陽電池モジュールと、を有し、
前記一対の横桟を所定間隔で屋根上に設置し、軒側に配置された太陽電池モジュールの前記上辺フレームの上フランジが前記取付部の上面部に載置され、棟側の太陽電池モジュールの下辺フレームの上下フランジで前記上辺フレームの上フランジを前記取付部において挟み込んで固定する、
太陽光発電装置。 - 前記下辺フレームの上下フランジ間の間隔は、前記上辺フレームの上フランジを前記取付部において前記上下フランジで挟み込んだ際にしまりばめを構成する寸法にされている、
請求項4に記載の太陽光発電装置。 - 前記横桟は、中空構造の本体部の上方に連接して前記取付部が設けられ、前記取付部は、前記上辺フレームの上フランジが載置される上面部と、棟側方向に前記下辺フレームの上下フランジと係合するために棟側に突出した係合部とを有する、
請求項4または請求項5に記載の太陽光発電装置。 - 前記上辺フレームの上フランジの先端に上方部に延びる突起が形成され、前記下辺フレームの上フランジの先端に下方部に延びる突起が、前記下辺フレームの下フランジの先端に上方部に延びる突起がそれぞれ形成されている、
請求項6に記載の太陽光発電装置。 - 前記係合部は、棟側から軒側に向けてテーパー面と前記下辺フレームの下フランジの下突起と当接する当接面と、前記テーパー面と当接面との間に設けられる凹部と、が設けられている、
