第2の発明は、サドルに円形の分岐孔を有しかつ分岐部に金属インサート部材が埋設された電気融着型の分岐サドル継手に適用可能な融着インナーであって、インナー本体、およびインナー本体の表面上に装着され、分岐孔の形成予定位置の周囲に配置される電熱線を備え、電熱線と分岐孔の形成予定位置との間に、分岐部に金属インサート部材が埋設されるときに金属インサート部材に電熱線が干渉しないように余白領域を形成し、余白領域は、サドルの裏面に一体化されたとき、サドルの周方向における電熱線と金属インサート部材との最短距離を電熱線が金属インサート部材に干渉しない所定距離と等しいかそれよりも大きくなりかつサドルの軸方向における電熱線と金属インサート部材との最短距離を所定距離と等しいかそれよりも大きくなるように形成した、融着インナーである。
第2の発明では、融着インナー(10)は、サドル(102)の裏面に一体化させて分岐サドル継手(100)を成形するものであり、インナー本体(12)、および電熱線(14)を備えている。インナー本体は、合成樹脂の射出成形等により形成される略矩形の板状体である。電熱線は、たとえばニクロム線等であり、分岐サドル継手の分岐孔(104)を形成する予定位置の周囲に配置される。そして、その分岐孔の形成予定位置と電熱線との間には、電熱線が配置されない余白領域(S)が形成される。余白領域は、サドルの裏面に一体化されたとき、サドルの周方向における電熱線と金属インサート部材との最短距離を電熱線が金属インサート部材に干渉しない所定距離と等しいかそれよりも大きくなりかつサドルの軸方向における電熱線と金属インサート部材との最短距離を所定距離と等しいかそれよりも大きくなるように形成した。これにより、分岐サドル継手の本管(200)への電気融着接合時に、サドルの管頂部分などにおいて電熱線が金属インサート部材(108)に干渉しない所定距離を保つことができるようにしつつ、サドルの周方向において、電熱線と分岐孔(104)とが大きく離れないようにして、分岐孔の周囲に必要以上に非融着部分が生じることを防止できるようになる。
第2の発明によれば、第1の発明と同様の効果を奏する。
第3の発明は、第1または第2の発明に従属し、サドルの裏面に一体化されたとき、平面視において、サドルの軸方向の電熱線の最も内側の部分の位置が金属インサート部材の下端の外周と重ならない位置にある、融着インナーである。
第3の発明によれば、金属インサート部材と電熱線の干渉が抑制される。

Claims (7)
- サドルおよび前記サドルに形成される分岐部を含み、前記分岐部に金属インサート部材が埋設された電気融着型の分岐サドル継手に適用可能な融着インナーであって、
円形の貫通孔を有するインナー本体、および
前記インナー本体の表面上に装着され、前記貫通孔の周囲に配置される電熱線を備え、
前記サドルの裏面に一体化されたとき、前記サドルの周方向における前記電熱線と前記金属インサート部材との最短距離を前記電熱線が前記金属インサート部材に干渉しない所定距離と等しいかそれよりも大きくしかつ前記サドルの軸方向における前記電熱線と前記金属インサート部材との最短距離を前記所定距離と等しいかそれよりも大きくなるようにした、融着インナー。 - サドルに円形の分岐孔を有しかつ分岐部に金属インサート部材が埋設された電気融着型の分岐サドル継手に適用可能な融着インナーであって、
インナー本体、および
前記インナー本体の表面上に装着され、前記分岐孔の形成予定位置の周囲に配置される電熱線を備え、
前記電熱線と前記分岐孔の形成予定位置との間に、前記分岐部に金属インサート部材が埋設されるときに前記金属インサート部材に前記電熱線が干渉しないように余白領域を形成し、
前記余白領域は、前記サドルの裏面に一体化されたとき、前記サドルの周方向における前記電熱線と前記金属インサート部材との最短距離を前記電熱線が前記金属インサート部材に干渉しない所定距離と等しいかそれよりも大きくなりかつ前記サドルの軸方向における前記電熱線と前記金属インサート部材との最短距離を前記所定距離と等しいかそれよりも大きくなるように形成した、融着インナー。 - 前記サドルの裏面に一体化されたとき、平面視において、前記サドルの軸方向の電熱線の最も内側の部分の位置が前記金属インサート部材の下端の外周と重ならない位置にある、請求項1または2記載の融着インナー。
- 前記電熱線は、その外縁が前記インナー本体の軸方向に長い楕円形または楕円近似形になるように配置される、請求項1ないし3のいずれかに記載の融着インナー。
- 分岐部に金属インサート部材が埋設された電気融着型の分岐サドル継手に適用可能な融着インナーであって、
円形の貫通孔を有するインナー本体、および
前記インナー本体の表面上に装着され、前記貫通孔の周囲に配置される電熱線を備え、
前記電熱線と前記貫通孔との間に、分岐部に金属インサート部材が埋設されるときにその金属インサート部材に前記電熱線が干渉しないように前記インナー本体の周方向に短く前記インナー本体の軸方向に長い形状の余白領域を形成し、
前記電熱線を渦巻き状に巻回して前記インナー本体の軸方向に長い楕円形または楕円近似形のリング状に配置することによりリング部分を形成するとともに、前記リング部分の長軸方向の端部の内側に前記電熱線を葛状に配置することにより補充部分を形成した、融着インナー。 - 前記リング部分の長軸方向の一方端部の内側には、前記補充部分が形成され、前記リング部分の長軸方向の他方端部の内側には、前記電熱線の内周端を前記リング部分の外側まで引き出す際に起点にされる支持ピンが設けられ、その支持ピンに前記電熱線が巻き付けられる、請求項5記載の融着インナー。
- 請求項1ないし6のいずれかに記載の融着インナーがサドルの裏面に一体的に成形された、分岐サドル継手。
