Description
Claims (4)
- ブラインドフランジ型バルブ(MV)から漏れがないことを保証するためのバルブ装置であって、
前記ブラインドフランジ型バルブが2つのディスクを含み、これらディスクが、要求される完全なシーリングのために上流方向及び下流方向それぞれにおいてシールすると同時に、該ブラインドフランジ型バルブを全流量が通過できるようにバルブハウジングの閉鎖チャンバー内に動かされるように構成されたバルブ装置において、
前記ブラインドフランジ型バルブ(MV)の基部が、作動可能な第1バルブ(V1)の入口と流体連通し、
作動可能な前記第1バルブ(V1)の出口が、作動可能な第2バルブ(V2)の入口と流体連通し、
流体チャンバー(C)が、前記第1バルブ(V1)からの出口及び前記第2バルブ(V2)の入口と流体連通し、
前記第2バルブ(V2)からの出口がドレン可能とされ、さらに、
前記第1バルブ(V1)及び前記第2バルブ(V2)は、あらかじめ決定された1つ以上のセンサー(S1−5)からの信号によって作動され、
前記流体チャンバー(C)が、満杯になった前記流体チャンバー(C)を検知するセンサー(S5)を備え、
前記バルブ装置が、前記第1バルブ(V1)及び前記第2バルブ(V2)双方が開いてから所定時間後に前記第2バルブ(V2)のみが閉じられるように信号を送信するための手段を備えることを特徴とするバルブ装置。 - 前記第1バルブ(V1)は、前記第1バルブ(V1)を操作可能なアクチュエータ(A2)に連結されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバルブ装置。
- 前記第2バルブ(V2)は、前記第2バルブ(V2)を操作可能な第2アクチュエータ(A3)に連結されていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のバルブ装置。
- 前記ブラインドフランジ型バルブ(MV)は、第3アクチュエータ(A1)によって作動され、該第3アクチュエータは、開状態/閉状態のブラインドフランジ型バルブ(MV)に対応する前記第3アクチュエータ(A1)の終端位置または限界位置をそれぞれ検知することが可能なセンサー(S1,S2)を有していることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のバルブ装置。
