Claims (16)

圧縮物品と実質的に同じ大きさ又は圧縮物品よりも大きい底部プレート(22)、粉末の一部を分離させる拘束手段、及び上部パンチ(24)を含む非キャビティ加圧アセンブリ(20)と、
前記粉末及び前記圧縮タイルを搬送する空気透過性の搬送ベルト(14)であって、前記非キャビティ加圧アセンブリ(20)を出た後、底部プレート(22)の下に戻る搬送ベルト(14)と、

上部パンチ(24)を前記ナイフエッジ状のキャビティフレームの境界内へと下降させて、前記搬送ベルト(14)上の前記粉末を圧縮物品へと圧縮する工程と、
前記ナイフエッジ状のキャビティフレームを前記圧縮物品から持ち上げる工程と、
前記上部パンチ(24)を前記圧縮物品から持ち上げる工程と、
連続的に新たな粉末を前記加圧領域へと移動させつつ前記搬送ベルト(14)に沿って前記圧縮物品を移動させる工程と、
を含み、
前記加圧領域を出た後、前記搬送ベルト(14)は底部プレート(22)の下に戻り、加圧の間、前記底部プレート(22)は、回帰する前記搬送ベルト(14)を捕捉する場所に落ち込んで前記上部パンチ(24)の連続的な底部支持体を形成し、
前記底部プレート(22)は、圧力下で加圧されたタイルの大きさ全体が受ける加圧力における変動を除去する、オイル及びゴムにより力を配分かつ均等化するプレートであり、
前記加圧が、150kg/cm 2 〜500kg/cm 2 の力で行われることを特徴とする方法。 - 粉末又は粒子が、フライアッシュ粉末、粘土粉末、粒状フライアッシュ、粒状粘土、又はこれらの組合せ或いは混合物を含む請求項9に記載の方法。
- 粉末が、最大90%のフライアッシュを含む請求項10に記載の方法。
- 上部パンチ(24)が、その表面にエッチングされた、圧縮物品へと転写される模様を有する請求項9から11のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 圧縮手段によって粉末を部分的に高密度化する工程を更に含む請求項9から12のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 装飾ユニット(18)によって高密度化された粉末を装飾する工程を更に含む請求項13に記載の方法。
- 高密度化された粉末を装飾する工程が、装飾ユニット(18)を用いて移動する搬送ベルト(14)上の高密度化された粉末上に釉薬粉末を配置することを含む請求項14に記載の方法。
- 圧縮手段が、空気透過性のベルト及び/又は異なる直径を有する3つのローラ(34)を含む請求項13から15のいずれかに記載の方法。
