Claims (6)
- 対抗音制御器(102)と、スピーカ(1;1';1'')とを備えた、内燃機関駆動車両の排気系のための騒音制御システム(100)であって、
前記スピーカ(1;1';1'')は、
スピーカハウジング(2;2')と、
前記スピーカハウジング(2;2')内に保持され、永久磁石(9)を有するバスケット(3)と、
前記永久磁石(9)により発生する定磁場内に配置され、振動板(5)に接続されたコイル(91)と、
加熱ゾーン(Z1)および冷却ゾーン(Z3)を有する1つ以上のヒートパイプ(10)とを備え、
前記加熱ゾーン(Z1)は前記永久磁石(9)に配置され、前記冷却ゾーン(Z3)はブロック(12)を介して前記スピーカハウジング(2;2')に配置されており、
前記1つ以上のヒートパイプ(10)は、前記永久磁石(9)に恒久的且つ強固に接続されており、
前記1つ以上のヒートパイプ(10)は、前記スピーカハウジング(2;2')を貫通せず、冷却ゾーン(Z3)において前記ブロック(12)に取り外し可能または移動可能に接続されており、
前記スピーカハウジング(2;2')は、プラスチックで形成され、
前記ブロック(12)は、熱伝導率が100W/(m*K)以上の材料からなり、前記スピーカハウジング(2;2')を貫通し、前記スピーカハウジング(2;2')の外部側に冷却リブを備えており、
前記スピーカは、外的影響(outside influences)に対して封止されており、
前記スピーカ(1;1';1'')は、前記対抗音制御器(102)に接続されて制御信号を受信し、前記対抗音制御器(102)により受信された制御信号に応じて前記排気系のダクト(101)において対抗音を生成するよう設計されていることを特徴とする騒音制御システム。 - 前記1つ以上のヒートパイプ(10)は、
特に金属で形成された壁(13)により封鎖された管状の密閉空間と、
前記空間の内部に収容され、特にプラスチック細管および/または金属細管および/または織物および/または編組(braiding)の形状をとるキャピラリー(14)と、
前記空間の内部に収容され、液体状態では前記空間の小部分、気体状態では前記空間の大部分を満たし、特に(CH3)OH、(CH3)CO、NH3、H2O、C6H6である作動媒体とを含む、請求項1に記載の騒音制御システム。 - 前記1つ以上のヒートパイプの前記加熱ゾーンと前記永久磁石との間の接触領域に、熱伝導ペーストが供給されている、請求項1または2に記載の騒音制御システム。
- 前記ヒートパイプと前記ブロックとの間の残りのギャップに、熱伝導ペーストが供給されている、請求項1〜3のうちいずれか1項に記載の騒音制御システム。
- 前記1つ以上のヒートパイプ(10)の前記加熱ゾーン(Z1)は、熱伝導率が100W/(m*K)以上、特に150W/(m*K)以上の材料からなるブロックを備え、
前記1つ以上のヒートパイプ(10)の前記加熱ゾーン(Z1)は、前記ブロックを介して間接的に前記永久磁石(9)上に配置されている、請求項1〜4のうちいずれか1項に記載の騒音制御システム。 - 前記永久磁石(9)は、前記1つ以上のヒートパイプ(10)の前記加熱ゾーン(Z1)が配置される1つ以上のボアホールを有し、前記コイル(91)は、少なくとも断面において、前記ボアホールを取り囲む、請求項1〜5のうちいずれか1項に記載の騒音制御システム。
