Claims (13)
- 燃料を加圧し、かつ内燃エンジン内への噴射のためにそれを引き渡すための高圧燃料噴射システムであって、
前記システムは、吸い込み口(6)、少なくとも1つのプランジャ(9)、および前記吸い込み口(6)と前記プランジャ(9)の間に位置決めされる吸引チャンネル(8)を伴う高圧燃料噴射ポンプ(5)を包含し、
さらに前記システムは、戻りポート(4)、および前記高圧燃料噴射ポンプ(5)の前記吸引チャンネル(8)と接続的に配されたブリード・バルブ(15)を包含する前記システムにおいて、
前記吸い込み口(6)と前記戻りポート(4)の間にセレクタ・バルブ(11)が備えられ、
前記吸い込み口(6)と吸引チャンネル(8)の間に吸い込み調量バルブ(IMV)(7)が接続的に配されることを特徴とする、
高圧燃料噴射システム。 - 前記ブリード・バルブ(15)が、前記吸引チャンネル(8)と前記戻りポート(4)の間に接続的に配されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の燃料噴射システム。
- 前記セレクタ・バルブ(11)が、前記吸い込み口(6)と前記戻りポート(4)の間における液圧流絞りをコントロールすることが可能であることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の燃料噴射システム。
- 前記セレクタ・バルブ(11)が、前記吸い込み口(6)と前記戻りポート(4)の間における液圧接続を開閉することが可能であることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の燃料噴射システム。
- 前記セレクタ・バルブ(11)が、前記プランジャ(9)によって作り出される圧力によってコントロールされることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載の燃料噴射システム。
- 前記セレクタ・バルブ(11)が、前記プランジャ(9)によって作り出される圧力があらかじめ決定済みのレベルより低いときは完全に閉じられ、前記圧力が前記あらかじめ決定済みのレベルと等しいか、またはそれより高いときは部分的に、または完全に開かれることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の燃料噴射システム。
- 前記セレクタ・バルブ(11)が電子的にコントロールされることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至6のいずれかに記載の燃料噴射システム。
- 前記ブリード・バルブ(15)が、前記プランジャ(9)によって作り出される圧力によりコントロールされることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至7のいずれかに記載の燃料噴射システム。
- 前記ブリード・バルブ(15)が、前記プランジャ(9)によって作り出される圧力があらかじめ決定済みのレベルより低いときは完全に開かれ、前記圧力が前記あらかじめ決定済みのレベルと等しいか、またはそれより高いときは部分的に、または完全に閉じられることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至8のいずれかに記載の燃料噴射システム。
- 前記ブリード・バルブ(15)が電子的にコントロールされることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至9のいずれかに記載の燃料噴射システム。
- 前記ブリード・バルブ(15)が、それの吸い込み口によって前記吸引チャンネル(8)に接続された逆止バルブであることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至7のいずれかに記載の燃料噴射システム。
- 前記吸い込み口(6)と前記戻りポート(4)の間に制流子(3)が取り付けられることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至11のいずれかに記載の燃料噴射システム。
- 制流子(3)が、前記戻りポート(4)の下流に取り付けられることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至11のいずれかに記載の燃料噴射システム。
