Description
ここで、気体燃料供給パイプの上方に配設してある邪魔板は、LNG等の気体燃料は空気より軽いため、フード上方に漏洩散失するのを防止するためである。なお、酸素は、気体燃料より比重が大きいため、強風が吹かない限り、フード外へ拡散する虞は少ない。
なお、逆火防止器より上流側の酸素供給配管については、通常の鋼製ガス配管を用いることができるが、SUS製でかつ禁油処理を施したものを用いるのが好ましい。

Claims (3)
- 循環移動するパレット上に粉鉱石と炭材を含む焼結原料を装入して装入層を形成し、点火炉でその装入層表面の炭材に点火すると共に、点火炉下流の装入層上方に設けられたフード内の大気中に酸素供給配管から酸素を噴出して富化し、さらに、燃焼下限濃度以下に希釈した気体燃料を含ませてなる空気をパレット下に配設したウインドボックスで吸引して装入層内に導入し、装入層内において上記気体燃料と炭材を燃焼させて焼結鉱を製造する焼結機において、
上記酸素供給配管の少なくともフード内に配設されてなる部分は、銅合金製および/またはNi合金製であることを特徴とする焼結機。 - 上記酸素供給配管の少なくともフード内に配設されてなる部分は、銅を60mass%以上含有する銅合金製および/またはNiを60mass%以上含有するNi合金製であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の焼結機。
- 上記酸素供給配管のフード外かつフードの近傍に逆火防止器を設置してなることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の焼結機。
