Description
図1は、この実施形態に係る車両用能動型振動騒音制御装置(以下、「ANC装置10」という)の構成を示すブロック図である。
図2は、図1に示す能動型振動騒音制御部32のブロック図である。能動型振動騒音制御部32は、第1制御部41と、第2制御部42と、第3制御部43と、第4制御部44と、ミキサ46(第2ミキサ)と、出力レンジ調停部48(振幅調整手段)とを備える。
図3は、図2に示す第1制御部41の詳細ブロック図である。第1制御部41は、相殺信号生成部50(相殺信号生成手段)と、帯域制限処理部52と、信号レベル検出部54(オーディオ信号レベル検出手段)と、振幅制限則変更部56と、要求振幅算出部58と、限界振幅算出部60とを備える。
続いて、図3に示す第1制御部41、特に振幅制限部74の動作について、図4のフローチャートを主に参照しながら詳細に説明する。

続いて、図4のステップS6における調停処理について、図9のフローチャートを参照しながら詳細に説明する。この動作は、例えば、出力レンジが固定されたミキサ46(図2)を用いて、第1〜第4相殺信号Sc1〜Sc4を混合する際に有用である。

この実施形態に係るANC装置10は、ロードノイズに関する基準信号Xに基づいてロードノイズを相殺するための第1相殺信号Sc1を生成する相殺信号生成部50と、オーディオ信号Saを生成するオーディオユニット12と、第1相殺信号Sc1とオーディオ信号Saを混合して混合信号Ssを生成するミキサ36と、混合信号Ssを出力するスピーカ20と、評価点における相殺信号Scとロードノイズとの干渉による残留振動騒音と、オーディオ信号Saとからなる混合信号を検出するマイクロフォン22とを有する。

Claims (4)
- ロードノイズに関する基準信号に基づいて前記ロードノイズを相殺するための相殺信号を生成する相殺信号生成手段と、
オーディオ信号を生成するオーディオ信号生成手段と、
前記相殺信号と前記オーディオ信号を混合して混合信号を生成するミキサと、
前記混合信号を出力する音出力手段と、
評価点における前記相殺信号と前記ロードノイズとの干渉による残留振動騒音と、前記オーディオ信号とからなる前記混合信号を検出する検出手段と
を有する車両用能動型振動騒音制御装置において、
前記基準信号の周波数付近における前記オーディオ信号の信号レベルを検出するオーディオ信号レベル検出手段と、
前記信号レベルに基づき前記相殺信号の振幅を制限する振幅制限手段と、
車速を検出する車速検出手段と
を備え、
前記振幅制限手段は、前記車速に応じて、前記信号レベルに対する前記相殺信号の振幅の制限値の関係を示す振幅制限則を変更し、該振幅制限則に従って前記信号レベルに応じた前記制限値を求め、求めた前記制限値に基づいて前記相殺信号の振幅を制限する
ことを特徴とする車両用能動型振動騒音制御装置。 - 請求項1記載の車両用能動型振動騒音制御装置において、
前記振幅制限則は、少なくとも1つの係数で特定される関数であり、
前記振幅制限手段は、前記車速に応じて前記少なくとも1つの係数を変更し、前記相殺信号の振幅を制限する
ことを特徴とする車両用能動型振動騒音制御装置。 - 請求項1記載の車両用能動型振動騒音制御装置において、
前記振幅制限則は、前記信号レベルに対する前記制限値を示す複数のテーブル値であり、
前記振幅制限手段は、前記車速に応じて前記複数のテーブル値のうち少なくとも1つを変更し、前記相殺信号の振幅を制限する
ことを特徴とする車両用能動型振動騒音制御装置。 - 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の車両用能動型振動騒音制御装置において、
前記ロードノイズとは異なる事象に対する第2相殺信号を生成する第2相殺信号生成手段と、
前記相殺信号と前記第2相殺信号を混合して相殺混合信号を生成する第2ミキサと、
前記振幅制限手段により制限された前記相殺信号の振幅に応じて、前記第2相殺信号の振幅を調整する振幅調整手段と
を備えることを特徴とする車両用能動型振動騒音制御装置。
