Claims (8)
- 相手部材に対して相対的に摺動接触しながら通電をするための導電体において、この導電体の摺動面を含む部分を形成する摺動接点部材であって、
導電性ダイヤモンドから成る放熱部と、導電性ダイヤモンドよりも比抵抗の小さい導電材料から成る導電部とが摺動面に混在して露出し、且つ放熱部及び導電部が部材厚さ方向に連続している構造を有しており、
放熱部が、摺動面の法線に対して傾斜していると共に、少なくとも一部の放熱部が、摺動面から部材側面に連続していることを特徴とする摺動接点部材。 - 放熱部及び導電部が、夫々に層状を成すとともに交互に積層した構造を有していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の摺動接点部材。
- 放熱部が、摺動方向に対して前方に上がり傾斜していることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の摺動接点部材。
- 放熱部の傾斜角度が、摺動面の法線に対して5〜85度の範囲であることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の摺動接点部材。
- 摺動面において、摺動方向の前方側の放熱部の面積よりも、後方側の放熱部の面積を大きくしたことことを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の摺動接点部材。
- 放熱部を形成する導電性ダイヤモンドが、比抵抗1×10−1 Ω・cm以下の導電性ダイヤモンド粒子であることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の摺動接点部材。
- 導電部を形成する導電部材が、銅、アルミニウム ニッケル、チタン、コバルト及び鉄のうちのいずれかを含むものであることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の摺動接点部材。
- 請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の摺動接点部材を、ブラシ及びコミュテータの少なくとも一方に備えたことを特徴とする直流回転機。
