Claims (29)
- ファンに結合される電気モータと、
前記電気モータを制御するための制御システムと、
を備える空気移動電気器具であって、前記制御システムは、
モータ負荷パラメータを監視するように構成された監視手段と、
所定の参照モータ負荷パラメータ値を格納するように構成されたメモリ手段と、
前記所定の参照モータ負荷パラメータ値及び周囲環境条件に基づいて補償参照モータ負荷パラメータ値を決定する補償手段と、
前記モータ負荷パラメータと前記補償参照モータ負荷パラメータ値とを比較して、この比較の結果に基づいて作動事象を引き起こすように構成された比較手段と、
を含む電気器具。 - 前記補償手段は、前記電気器具の環境の周囲圧力を測定する圧力センサを含む、請求項1に記載の電気器具。
- 前記圧力センサは、前記電気器具の電子モジュールに一体化される、請求項2に記載の電気器具。
- 前記補償手段は、前記電気器具の空気流路に配置される圧力センサを含む、請求項1に記載の電気器具。
- 前記圧力センサは、ファンの直上流に配置される、請求項4に記載の電気器具。
- 前記補償手段は、温度センサを含む、請求項1から5のいずれかに記載の電気器具。
- 前記補償手段は、前記補償参照モータ負荷パラメータ値を計算して、前記電気器具の環境の空気密度を補正する、請求項1から6のいずれかに記載の電気器具。
- 前記補償手段は、前記電気器具が作動オンの場合に前記補償参照モータ負荷パラメータ値を計算する、請求項7に記載の電気器具。
- 前記補償手段は、繰り返し間隔で前記補償参照モータ負荷パラメータ値を計算する、請求項7に記載の電気器具。
- 前記所定の参照モータ負荷パラメータ値は、前記電気器具に組み込まれたモータに合わせて較正される、請求項1から9のいずれかに記載の電気器具。
- 前記補償参照モータ負荷パラメータ値は、前記電気器具の空気流通路の閉塞状態を示すモータ運転状態を表す、請求項1から10のいずれかにの記載の電気器具。
- 前記比較手段は、前記モータの監視された前記モータ負荷パラメータ値が前記補償参照モータ負荷パラメータ値を超える場合に作動事象を引き起こす、請求項11に記載の電気器具。
- 前記作動事象は、前記モータの作動停止を含む、請求項12に記載の電気器具。
- 前記電気器具は真空掃除機である、請求項1から13のいずれかに記載の電気器具。
- 駆動手段を有するロボット真空掃除機であって、前記作動事象は、前記駆動手段の作動停止及び前記吸引ファンモータの作動停止を含む、請求項14に記載の電気器具。
- 駆動手段を有するロボット真空掃除機であって、前記作動事象は、所定の設定期間の間の前記吸引ファンモータの作動停止を含むが、前記駆動手段は、前記ロボット真空掃除機を継続して駆動する、請求項14に記載の電気器具。
- 前記メモリ手段は、第2の参照モータ負荷パラメータ値を格納する、請求項1から14のいずれかに記載の電気器具。
- 前記第2の参照モータ負荷パラメータ値は、前記電気器具の空気流路に組み込まれた関連のフィルタ又は分離システムなしでスイッチをオンされた電気器具を示す状態を表す、請求項17に記載の電気器具。
- 前記第2の参照モータ負荷パラメータ値は、前記真空掃除機の周囲環境条件に対して補償される、請求項17又は18に記載の電気器具。
- ファンに結合された電気モータを有する空気移動電気器具を制御するための方法であって、
前記モータのモータ負荷パラメータを監視する段階と、
所定の参照モータ負荷パラメータ値を格納する段階と、
前記所定の参照モータ負荷パラメータ値及び周囲環境条件に基づいて補償参照モータ負荷パラメータ値を計算する段階と、
前記モータの監視された前記モータ負荷パラメータ値と前記補償参照モータ負荷パラメータ値とを比較する段階と、
前記比較結果に基づいて作動事象を実行する段階と、
を含む方法。 - 補償参照モータ負荷パラメータ値を計算して、前記電気器具の環境の空気密度を補正する、請求項20に記載の方法。
- 前記電気器具が作動している場合に前記補償参照モータ負荷パラメータ値を計算する、請求項20又は請求項21に記載の方法。
- 繰り返し間隔で前記補償参照モータ負荷パラメータ値を計算する、請求項20から22のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記所定の参照モータ負荷パラメータ値は、前記電気器具に組み込まれた前記特定のモータに合わせて較正される、請求項20から23のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記補償参照モータ負荷パラメータ値は、前記電気器具の空気流通路の閉塞状態を示すモータ運転状態を表す、請求項20から24のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記比較手段は、監視された前記モータ負荷パラメータ値が前記補償参照モータ負荷パラメータ値を超える場合に作動事象を引き起こす、請求項25に記載の方法。
- 前記作動事象は前記モータの作動停止を含む、請求項20から26のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記作動事象は、所定の設定期間後の前記モータの再始動を含む、請求項27に記載の方法。
- コンピュータ可読媒体に格納されたコンピュータプログラム製品であって、該コンピュータプログラム製品がコンピュータデバイスで実行される場合に請求項20から28の方法を実施するプログラムコード命令を含むことを特徴とするコンピュータプログラム製品。
