Description
本願は、米国非仮特許出願第12/380,840号(名称「Lockable Spinal Implant」、2009年3月4日出願)の一部継続出願であり、この出願は、米国仮特許出願第61/201,518号(名称「Lockable Spinal Implant」、2008年12月10日出願)の非仮出願である。本願は、また、米国非仮特許出願第12/072,044号(名称「Spinal Implant With Expandable Fixation」、2008年2月22日出願)の一部継続出願である。

Claims (20)

b.第2の椎体の端部に係合するための第2の表面を有する第2の部材と、
c.流体によって延長するように構成された少なくとも1つの延長可能な支持要素であって、前記第1の椎体と前記第2の椎体との間における当該脊椎インプラントの配備を容易にする収縮構成と、前記第1の表面が前記第1の椎体の前記端部に係合するように前記第1の部材を延長する少なくとも1つの延長構成と、を有する少なくとも1つの延長可能な支持要素と、
d.係止システムであって、上側係止支持部材と、当該脊椎インプラントを前記第1の椎体と前記第2の椎体との間に拡張構成で係止するために、係止位置で前記第1の部材の前記上側係止支持部材に機械的に係合又は相互係止する係止要素と、前記拡張構成への当該脊椎インプラントの配備に応じて前記係止位置に前記係止要素を回転させる、当該脊椎インプラント内に配置された係止アクチュエータと、を有する係止システムと、を備える脊椎インプラント。 - 前記第1の表面は上板を含み、前記第2の表面は底板を含む、請求項1に記載の脊椎インプラント。
