Description

Claims (14)
- 診断スキャナにおいて如何なる安全ではない又は危険な状態も検出し、前記安全ではない又は危険な状態を示す安全/緊急データを生じさせる第1の制御器、並びに
デジタルプロトコルを用いて前記安全/緊急データから安全/緊急信号を生じさせ、前記安全/緊急信号をローカルのデジタルネットワークを介して伝達する、通信ユニット
を有する画像診断システムにおいて、
前記安全/緊急信号を生じさせる前記通信ユニットは、前記ローカルのデジタルネットワークを介して正常なパケット配信を先取り、前記安全/緊急信号を前記ローカルのデジタルネットワークに挿入する、画像診断システム。 - 前記デジタルプロトコルは、3つのレベルのデータ転送、つまり特徴レベル、符号レベル及びパケットレベルを含むシリアル装置間におけるパケット配信のためのプロトコルを規定する、請求項1に記載の画像診断システム。
- 前記通信ユニットは、他の未使用の符号コードを用いて、前記安全/緊急データを示すカスタム符号を挿入するために、前記デジタルプロトコルを用いて前記安全/緊急信号を生じさせる、請求項1又は2に記載の画像診断システム。
- 前記カスタム符号は、進行中の何れかのパケット転送を先取りする、請求項3に記載の画像診断システム。
- 前記通信ユニットは、ファームウェアを含み、前記安全/緊急信号を生じさせるために、前記画像診断システムの機能とは関係なく動作する、請求項1乃至4の何れか一項に記載の画像診断システム。
- 請求項1乃至5の何れか一項に記載の画像診断システムにおいて、前記画像診断システムは、RF送信器及びRF受信器を持つ磁気共鳴システムを含む、並びに前記安全ではない又は危険な状態は、前記RF送信器及びRF送信受信器が同時にオンである又は接続された状態であることを含む、画像診断システム。
- 前記ローカルのデジタルネットワークは光ファイバーネットワークを含み、前記光ファイバーネットワークを介して前記安全/緊急信号が光学的に伝達される、請求項1乃至6の何れか一項に記載の画像診断システム。
- 前記安全/緊急信号の伝達は、CRCエラーを検出する部分を含んでいる、請求項1乃至7の何れか一項に記載の画像診断システム。
- 画像診断システムにおいて安全/緊急データを伝達する方法において、
前記画像診断システムにおいて安全ではない又は危険な状態を検出するステップ、
前記安全ではない又は危険な状態を示す安全/緊急データを発生させるステップ、
デジタルプロトコルを用いて、前記安全/緊急データから安全/緊急信号を生じさせるステップ、及び
前記安全/緊急信号をローカルのデジタルネットワークを介して送信するステップ
を有する方法であり、前記安全/緊急信号の伝達は、前記ローカルのデジタルネットワークを介して正常なパケット配信を先取りする、
方法。 - 前記デジタルプロトコルは、3つのレベルのデータ転送、つまり特徴レベル、符号レベル及びパケットレベルを含むシリアル装置間におけるパケット配信のためのプロトコルを規定する、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記安全/緊急信号は、カスタム符号部分、確認/要求部分、安全/緊急データ及びエラーチェック部分を含んでいる、請求項9及び10の何れか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記デジタルプロトコルは、前記安全/緊急信号を特定するための標準的なネットワークプロトコルの符号とは異なるカスタム符号を備える前記標準的なネットワークプロトコルである、請求項9乃至11の何れか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記画像診断システムは、RF送信器及びRF受信器を持つ磁気共鳴システムを含み、前記安全ではない又は危険な状態は、前記RF送信器及びRF受信器が同時にオンである又は接続された状態であることを含む、請求項9乃至12の何れか一項に記載の方法。
- 撮像するボアを規定するように構成される主磁石、
前記ボア内に及び前記ボアに沿って被験者を支持するように構成される支持体、
前記撮像するボアに磁場勾配を作るように構成される勾配コイル、
RFパルスを前記撮像するボア内に送信するように構成されるRF送信器コイル、
誘導されるRFパルスを受信するように構成されるRF受信器コイル、並びに
請求項9乃至13の何れか一項に記載の方法を行うための1つ以上の処理器
を有する磁気共鳴撮像システム。
