- 少なくとも一つの制御可能な装置が前記電力低減イベントから早期に離脱したことを判別するステップは、インターネットベースのインターフェースを介して施設の消費者の利益となるように入力された無効化要請を受信することを含み、前記無効化要請は、前記少なくとも一つの制御可能な装置に対して前記電力低減イベントを終了させるものである、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記無効化要請に応じて、前記電力低減イベントから早期に離脱した前記少なくとも一つの制御可能な装置を制御する一つ以上のクライアント装置に第2の電力制御メッセージを伝送するステップをさらに含み、
前記第2の電力制御メッセージは、前記一つ以上のクライアント装置を指示して、前記電力低減イベントから早期に離脱した前記少なくとも一つの制御可能な装置の制御下にある一つ以上の電力消費装置への電力の流れを許容することを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の方法。 - 前記電力消費装置の少なくとも一部により消費される電力量の低減を要求する電力制御コマンドを前記電気施設から受信するステップをさらに含み、
前記電力制御メッセージの通信先の前記クライアント装置のグループは、前記電力制御コマンドに応じて判別される、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記電力制御メッセージの結果として前記電気施設により節約された電力量を決定するステップと、
前記電気施設により節約された前記電力量の表示を記憶するステップと、をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。 - 節約された前記電力量と排出ガスベースのクレジット量とを関連付けるステップと、
前記排出ガスベースのクレジット量の表示を記憶するステップと、をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の方法。 - 前記排出ガスベースのクレジットは、カーボンクレジットであることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記電力低減イベントから早期に離脱した前記少なくとも一つの制御可能な装置が前記電力低減イベントへ継続的に参加することによって節約されたであろう第1の電力量を決定するステップと、
第2の電力制御メッセージの通信先となる一つ以上のクライアント装置の第2のグループを決定するステップであって、当該クライアント装置の第2のグループは、前記複数の電力消費装置の一つ以上の電力消費装置への第2の電力量の流れを制御するように動作可能な一つ以上の制御可能な装置を制御し、前記第2の電力量は、前記第1の電力量の少なくとも一部を示すステップと、
前記第2の電力制御メッセージを前記クライアント装置の第2のグループに通信するステップと、をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記第2の電力量は、前記第1の電力量と略同一である、ことを特徴とする請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記クライアント装置の第2のグループにより制御される前記一つ以上の制御可能な装置は、前記クライアント装置の第2のグループの決定時には電力消費装置への電力の流れを遮断しない、ことを特徴とする請求項11に記載の方法。
- 電気施設により電力が供給される一つ以上のサービスポイントに配置されている複数の電力消費装置に前記電気施設から供給される電力の流れを管理する方法であって、
システムコントローラから電力制御メッセージを受信するステップであって、前記電力制御メッセージは、電力低減イベントを開始し、低減する電力量と、一つ以上の関連する電力消費装置への電力の流れを遮断するように指示される少なくとも一つの制御可能な装置の識別子との少なくとも一つを示すステップと、
前記電力制御メッセージに応じて、一つ以上の制御可能な装置に電力管理コマンドを発行するステップであって、前記電力管理コマンドは、前記一つ以上の制御可能な装置に、少なくとも一つの関連する電力消費装置への電力の流れを遮断させるステップと、
前記電力管理コマンドの発行に続いて、制御可能な装置が前記電力低減イベントから早期に離脱し、関連する電力消費装置への電力の流れを許容したことを判別するステップと、
状態メッセージを前記システムコントローラに送信し、前記制御可能な装置が前記電力低減イベントから離脱したことを前記システムコントローラに通知するステップと、
を含み、
前記制御可能な装置が前記電力低減イベントから早期に離脱したことを判別するステップは、制御可能な装置がユーザにより調整され、関連する電力消費装置への電力の流れが許容されたことを判別することを含む、ことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記制御可能な装置は、HVACシステムの温度調節装置であり、前記制御可能な装置が前記電力低減イベントから早期に離脱したことを判別するステップは、前記温度調節装置がユーザにより調整されたことを判別することを含む、ことを特徴とする請求項14に記載の方法。
- 前記制御可能な装置は、スマートブレーカーであり、前記制御可能な装置が前記電力低減イベントから早期に離脱したことを判別するステップは、前記スマートブレーカーがユーザにより閉じられたことを判別することを含む、ことを特徴とする請求項14に記載の方法。
- 前記制御可能な装置が前記電力低減イベントから早期に離脱したことを判別するステップは、前記システムコントローラから第2の制御メッセージを受信することを含み、前記第2の制御メッセージは、前記制御可能な装置を前記電力低減イベントから除外する命令を含む、ことを特徴とする請求項14に記載の方法。
- 複数の電力消費装置へ少なくとも一つの電気施設から供給された電力の消費を管理するシステムであって、前記複数の電力消費装置への電力の流れは、複数の制御可能な装置により許容及び遮断され、前記複数の制御可能な装置は、一つ以上のクライアント装置の前記制御下で動作し、当該システムは、
各クライアント装置に関連した少なくとも一つの電力管理状態を維持し、電力制御イベントを開始または終了するための電力制御イベント命令を生成するように動作するイベントマネージャと、
前記複数の電力消費装置により消費された電力に関連した情報を、クライアント装置単位及び電気施設単位のうち少なくとも一つの単位で記憶するように動作するデータベースと、
前記イベントマネージャと前記データベースとに動作可能に接続されるクライアント装置マネージャとを備え、
前記クライアント装置マネージャは、
前記データベースに記憶された情報に基づいて、前記データベースから、電力制御メッセージの通信先となる少なくとも一つのクライアント装置を選択し、当該電力制御メッセージは、低減する電力量と、特定の電力量の減少を要求し、電力低減イベントを開始する電力制御イベント命令の受信に応じて一つ以上の関連する電力消費装置への電力の流れを遮断するように指示される少なくとも一つの制御可能な装置の識別子とのうち少なくとも一つを示し、
前記電力低減イベントの開始に続いて少なくとも一つの制御可能な装置が前記電力低減イベントから早期に離脱したことを判別するものであって、
前記クライアント装置マネージャは、前記少なくとも一つのクライアント装置のクライアント装置から状態メッセージを受信することにより、少なくとも一つの制御可能な装置が前記電力低減イベントから早期に離脱したことを判別可能であり、
前記状態メッセージは、制御可能な装置が前記電力低減イベントから離脱したことを示す、ことを特徴とするシステム。 - 前記状態メッセージは、前記電力低減イベントから離脱した前記制御可能な装置に対するユーザによる調整に応じて送信される、ことを特徴とする請求項18に記載のシステム。
- 前記制御可能な装置は、HVACシステムの温度調節装置であり、
前記状態メッセージは、前記温度調節装置に対するユーザの調整に応じて送信される、ことを特徴とする請求項19に記載のシステム。 - 前記制御可能な装置は、スマートブレーカーであり、
前記スマートブレーカーは、前記電力低減イベントの開始に応じて解放され、
前記状態メッセージは、ユーザが前記スマートブレーカーを閉じることに応じて送信される、ことを特徴とする請求項19に記載のシステム。 - 前記イベントマネージャは、さらに、前記クライアント装置マネージャに第2の電力制御イベント命令を発行するように動作可能であり、当該第2の電力制御イベント命令は、第2の電力制御メッセージの送信先の一つ以上のクライアント装置を識別するものであり、当該第2の電力制御メッセージは、電力の流れが遮断された少なくとも一つの電力消費装置への電力の流れを許容するように一つ以上のクライアント装置に命令する、当該第2の電力制御イベント命令は、前記少なくとも一つの電力消費装置に関連する前記電力低減イベントを終了させるものであり、
前記クライアント装置マネージャは、
前記データベースから、電力の流れが遮断される少なくとも一つの代替電力消費装置を示す第3の電力制御メッセージの送信先となる少なくとも一つの代替クライアント装置を決定し、前記少なくとも一つの代替電力消費装置により消費される電力量は、前記少なくとも一つの電力消費装置への電力の流れが許容された後に当該少なくとも一つの電力消費装置により消費される電力量の少なくとも一部を占め、
前記第2の電力制御メッセージを前記一つ以上のクライアント装置に送信し、これによって前記少なくとも一つの電力消費装置への電力の流れを許容し、
前記第3の電力制御メッセージを前記少なくとも一つの代替クライアント装置に送信し、前記少なくとも一つの代替クライアント装置に関連する電力低減イベントを開始し、これによって前記少なくとも一つの代替電力消費装置への電力の流れを遮断する、ことを特徴とする請求項18に記載のシステム。 - 前記第3の電力制御メッセージの通信前に前記少なくとも一つの代替電力消費装置によって消費される前記電力量は、前記少なくとも一つの電力消費装置への電力の流れが許容された後に前記少なくとも一つの電力消費装置により消費される前記電力量と略同一である、ことを特徴とする請求項22に記載のシステム。
- 前記少なくとも一つの代替クライアント装置は、前記第3の電力制御メッセージの通信前は電力の流れが遮断された電力消費装置を制御しない、ことを特徴とする請求項22に記載のシステム。
- 前記少なくとも一つの電気施設から電力制御コマンドを受信し、これに応じて電力制御イベントメッセージを生成するコマンドプロセッサをさらに備え、
前記電力制御コマンドの少なくとも一つは、前記複数の電力消費装置により消費される電力量の低減を要求する、ことを特徴とする請求項18に記載のシステム。 - 前記電力制御メッセージが通信される前記少なくとも一つのクライアント装置をさらに備える、ことを特徴とする請求項18に記載のシステム。
- 複数の電力消費装置へ少なくとも一つの電気施設から供給された電力の消費を管理するシステムであって、前記複数の電力消費装置への電力の流れは、複数の制御可能な装置により許容及び遮断され、前記複数の制御可能な装置は、一つ以上のクライアント装置の前記制御下で動作し、当該システムは、
各クライアント装置に関連した少なくとも一つの電力管理状態を維持し、電力低減イベントを開始または終了する電力制御イベント命令を生成するように動作するイベントマネージャと、
前記複数の電力消費装置により消費された電力に関連した情報を、クライアント装置単位及び電気施設単位のうち少なくとも一つの単位で記憶するように動作するデータベースと、
前記イベントマネージャと前記データベースとに動作可能に接続されたクライアント装置マネージャとを備え、
前記クライアント装置マネージャは、
前記データベースに記憶された情報に基づいて、前記データベースから、電力制御メッセージの通信先となる少なくとも一つのクライアント装置を選択するように動作し、当該電力制御メッセージは、低減される電力量と、特定の電力量の低減を要求し、電力低減イベントを開始する電力低減イベント命令の受信に応じて一つ以上の関連する電力消費装置への電力の流れを遮断するように指示される少なくとも一つの制御可能な装置の識別子と、の少なくとも一つを示し、
当該システムは、前記イベントマネージャに動作可能に接続され、前記電力低減イベントの開始に続いて少なくとも一つの制御可能な装置が前記電力低減イベントから早期に離脱したことを判別する手段を更に備え、
前記少なくとも一つの制御可能な装置が前記電力低減イベントから早期に離脱したことを判別する手段は、前記クライアント装置マネージャを備え、
前記クライアント装置マネージャは、さらに、前記少なくとも一つのクライアント装置のクライアント装置から状態メッセージを受信するように動作し、
前記状態メッセージは、制御可能な装置が前記電力低減イベントから離脱したことを示す、ことを特徴とするシステム。 - 前記少なくとも一つの制御可能な装置が前記電力低減イベントから早期に離脱したことを判別する手段は、施設の消費者から無効化要請を受信するように動作するインターネットベースのインターフェースを備え、
前記無効化要請は、前記電力低減イベントを、前記少なくとも一つの制御可能な装置に関連して終了させる、ことを特徴とする請求項27に記載のシステム。 - 前記クライアント装置マネージャは、さらに、前記無効化要請に応じて、前記電力低減イベントから早期に離脱した前記少なくとも一つの制御可能な装置を制御する一つ以上のクライアント装置に第2の電力制御メッセージを通信するように動作し、
前記第2の制御メッセージは、前記一つ以上のクライアント装置を命令して、前記電力低減イベントから早期に離脱した前記少なくとも一つの制御可能な装置への電力の流れを許容させる、ことを特徴とする請求項28に記載のシステム。 - 前記少なくとも一つの電気施設から電力制御コマンドを受信し、これに応じて電力制御イベントメッセージを生成するように動作するコマンドプロセッサをさらに備え、
前記電力制御コマンドの少なくとも一つは、前記複数の電力消費装置により消費される電力量の低減を要求する、ことを特徴とする請求項27に記載のシステム。
