Description
(1)ルーメンと該ルーメンの先端部に位置する起上台とを有する内視鏡の前記ルーメンを経由して、胆管内に挿入して用いられる経内視鏡ガイドワイヤであって、
可撓性を有し、超弾性合金で構成された線状をなす芯材と、該芯材の外周の少なくとも一部を被覆し、樹脂材料で構成された少なくとも1つの層を有する被覆層とを有するワイヤ本体を備え、
前記芯材は、その曲げ剛性が140〜240gfのものであり、
当該経内視鏡ガイドワイヤは、外径が0.025インチで一定のものであり、前記芯材の最大外径をφd、前記被覆層の前記芯材の最大外径の部分での厚さをtとしたとき、前記最大外径φdが0.52〜0.58mmであり、t/dが0.03〜0.1であることを特徴とするガイドワイヤ。
前記樹脂材料は、フッ素系樹脂であるのが好ましい。
前記マーカは、第1の線状部と第2の線状部とを互いに複数の箇所で交差させて、全体として格子状をなすような形状をなしているのが好ましい。
前記被覆層は、前記マーカを覆っているのが好ましい。
前記被覆層は、その前記マーカを覆っている部分の厚さが該マーカの厚さよりも薄いのが好ましい。
前記被覆層は、その前記交差部を覆っている部分の厚さが該交差部の厚さよりも薄いのが好ましい。
図7(a)は、ガイドワイヤ1を回転させる前の状態を示す。そして、ガイドワイヤ1を図中の矢印方向へ所定量(角度)回転させと、図7(b)に示す状態となる。

- ルーメンと該ルーメンの先端部に位置する起上台とを有する内視鏡の前記ルーメンを経由して、胆管内に挿入して用いられる経内視鏡ガイドワイヤであって、

当該経内視鏡ガイドワイヤは、外径が0.025インチで一定のものであり、前記芯材の最大外径をφd、前記被覆層の前記芯材の最大外径の部分での厚さをtとしたとき、前記最大外径φdが0.52〜0.58mmであり、t/dが0.03〜0.1であることを特徴とするガイドワイヤ。 - 前記被覆層の厚さtは、前記ワイヤ本体の長手方向に沿って一定となっている請求項1に記載のガイドワイヤ。
