Description

Claims (23)
- 弁構造が取り付けられるステントフレームを含む、ステント付き補綴心臓弁を経皮的に展開するための送達装置であって、
遠位端で終結し、管腔を形成する送達シースアセンブリと、
前記管腔内に摺動可能に配置される内部シャフトと、
補綴心臓弁を、前記内部シャフトに対して選択的に連結する捕捉アセンブリと、を備え、前記捕捉アセンブリは、
前記内部シャフトに取り付けられたスピンドルであって、少なくとも1つの長手方向の捕捉スロットを形成するスピンドルと、
前記少なくとも1つの捕捉スロット内に配置され、偏向状態から通常状態に自己移行するように構成される、少なくとも1つの付勢部材であって、前記内部シャフトの中心線に対する前記付勢部材の半径方向の突出が、前記通常状態において、前記偏向状態よりも大きい付勢部材と、を含み、
前記送達装置は、
前記送達シースアセンブリが、前記少なくとも1つの捕捉スロットを介して、前記内部シャフト上にステント付き補綴心臓弁を保持し、補綴心臓弁の一部分が前記少なくとも1つの捕捉スロット内に係合され、前記少なくとも1つの付勢部材が前記偏向状態にさせられることを含む、送達状態と、
前記送達シースアセンブリの前記遠位端が、前記少なくとも1つの捕捉スロットから後退させられ、前記少なくとも1つの付勢部材が、前記捕捉スロットの少なくとも一部分を外部的に閉じるように、前記通常状態に向けて自己移行することを含む、展開状態と、を提供するように構成される、
ことを特徴とする送達装置。 - 前記少なくとも1つの捕捉スロットが、前記スピンドル内に形成された、複数の円周方向に離間された捕捉スロットを含む、

遠位端で終結し、管腔を形成する送達シースアセンブリと、
前記管腔内に摺動可能に配置される内部シャフトと、
前記内部シャフトに対して、前記補綴心臓弁を選択的に連結するための捕捉アセンブリであって、前記内部シャフトに取り付けられるスピンドルであって少なくとも1つの長手方向の捕捉スロットを形成するスピンドルと、前記少なくとも1つの捕捉スロット内に配置され、偏向状態から通常状態に自己移行するように構成される、少なくとも1つの付勢部材であって前記内部シャフトの中心線に対する前記付勢部材の半径方向の突出は、前記通常状態において、前記偏向状態よりも大きい付勢部材と、を含む捕捉アセンブリと、を備える送達装置であり、
前記システムが、前記補綴心臓弁が、前記送達シースアセンブリ内で、前記内部シャフトに保持され、前記少なくとも1つの柱が、前記少なくとも1つの捕捉スロット内で摺動可能に捕捉され、前記少なくとも1つの付勢部材を前記偏向状態にさせることを含む、装着モードを提供するように構成される、
ことを特徴とするシステム。 - 前記少なくとも1つの捕捉スロットが、前記スピンドル内に形成された複数の円周方向に離間された捕捉スロットを含む、
