Claims (11)
- 第1のストラット、第2のストラット、及び、前記第1のストラットと第2のストラットとを一体に固定するコネクタを有する本体部を備える、体通路内で使用するための拡張型医療用具であって、
前記第1のストラット及び前記第2のストラットは前記本体部の長手方向の部分に沿って前記本体部の完全な周囲を形成し、
前記第1のストラット及び前記第2のストラットは前記本体部の長手方向に沿って相互に間隔を空けており、
前記第1のストラット及び前記第2のストラットのそれぞれはエルボー部分、第1の脚部、及び、第2の脚部を含み、
前記第1の脚部及び前記第2の脚部は前記エルボー部分の一端に接続されており、
前記エルボー部分は外面及び内面を有し、
前記エルボー部分の前記外面の周囲は前記エルボー部分の内面の周囲より大きく、
前記コネクタは波形部を含み、
前記波形部は湾曲部分及び略直線部分を含み、
前記波形部を一点から観察したとき前記湾曲部分の幅は前記略直線部分の幅より狭い、
ことを特徴とする拡張型医療用具。 - 前記第1のストラットの前記エルボー部分は、該エルボー部分の頂端での前記外面及び前記内面の湾曲を促進し、且つ、前記本体部が拡張する際に該頂端での該エルボー部分の応力を低減する湾曲構造を含み、

- 前記波形部分は不均一な幅を有する請求項4又は5記載の拡張型医療用具。
- 前記第1のストラットの前記エルボー部分は不均一な幅を有する請求項1〜6のいずれか1項記載の拡張型医療用具。
- 前記拡張型医療用具はステントである請求項1〜7のいずれか1項記載の拡張型医療用具。
- 1つ以上の薬剤を含む請求項1〜8のいずれか1項記載の拡張型医療用具。
- 複数の前記第1のストラット及び前記第2のストラット、複数の前記コネクタ、又は、これらの組み合せからの前記薬剤の放出速度を少なくとも部分的に制御するための1つ以上のポリマーを含む請求項9記載の拡張型医療用具。
- 前記第1のストラットの前記第1の脚部及び前記第2の脚部の少なくとも1つは、波形部分、及び、該波形部分に接続されている直線部分を含み、
前記波形部分は、前記エルボー部分の一端に接続され、又は、前記直線部分により前記エルボー部分の一端から間隔を空けて配置され、又は、これらの組み合わせであり、
