Description
Claims (10)
- 手持ち式小型電気器具であって、
長手方向軸線を有するハンドルと、
前記ハンドル内に配置されたモータアセンブリ(100)と、を備え、
前記モータアセンブリ(100)が、
2つの実質的に直交する面から形成された概ねL字形の磁気ヨーク(102)であって、前記2つの実質的に直交する面が凹型の受容部を画定する、概ねL字形の磁気ヨーク(102)と、
実質的に前記凹型の受容部内に配置された鉄心(104)及びコイル巻線(106)と、
前記鉄心と前記コイル巻線の上側に配置された質量体と、を含み、
前記質量体が、前記概ねL字形の磁気ヨークと接触せず、
前記鉄心(104)及び前記コイル巻線(106)が、前記モータアセンブリ(100)の停止時に前記2つの実質的に直交する面の一方と接触しておらず、使用時に前記モータアセンブリが前記ハンドルの長手方向軸線に沿った線形振動を前記質量体に適用する手持ち式小型電気器具。 - 前記モータアセンブリが、実質的に前記凹型の受容部内に配置された少なくとも1つの磁石を更に含む、請求項1に記載の手持ち式小型電気器具。
- 以下の特徴、
(i)前記少なくとも1つの磁石及び前記鉄心が、第1の間隙が形成されるように接触しておらず、前記少なくとも1つの磁石及び前記概ねL字形の磁気ヨークが、第2の間隙が形成されるように接触しておらず、前記第1の間隙及び前記第2の間隙が、互いに実質的に垂直であること、
(ii)前記少なくとも1つの磁石及び前記鉄心が、第1の間隙が形成されるように接触しておらず、前記少なくとも1つの磁石及び前記概ねL字形の磁気ヨークが、第2の間隙が形成されるように接触しておらず、前記第1の間隙及び前記第2の間隙が、間に約60°〜約120°の角度を形成すること、
の1つ以上を有する、請求項2に記載の手持ち式小型電気器具。 - 前記モータアセンブリが、実質的に前記凹型の受容部内に配置された地鉄を更に含む、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の手持ち式小型電気器具。
- 前記地鉄が、前記鉄心と接触していない、請求項4に記載の手持ち式小型電気器具。
- 前記モータアセンブリが、前記概ねL字形の磁気ヨークに連結された板ばねを更に含み、前記板ばねが、前記モータアセンブリの共振周波数を規定するように構成される、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の手持ち式小型電気器具。
- 前記板ばねが、概ねU字形である、請求項6に記載の手持ち式小型電気器具。
- 前記モータアセンブリが共振性である、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の手持ち式小型電気器具。
- 前記質量体が、前記モータアセンブリの共振周波数を規定するように構成される、請求項1に記載の手持ち式小型電気器具。
- 前記モータアセンブリの振動数が、約50ヘルツ〜約500ヘルツである、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の手持ち式小型電気器具。
